Chicken stir fry. Peppers, Spring onions, ludicrous amounts of garlic, little bit of carrot, cabbage and anything else that didn't move quickly enough to get away

Now that looks healthy .  just as I like it............although  I do like un-healthy...........

I think the scale of the meal is lost, it's probably enough for two people, so I managed to bring it back to an unhealthy rating, which as we know always tastes best :)

Some very good efforts there tonight......

Mine was a bit like a Masterchef contestant who knows they need to pull one out the bag and proclaim to the world it's the first time they've cooked it.......

"So tonight Matthew, I give you".    Asparagus

Loads of recipes, I think we got mixed up. 😂

We ended up with Asparagus- should have been wrapped in Serrano- only had processed Ham -  boiled and char grilled, Hollandaise Sauce, white and green beans and "fairies'

2 clean plates so wasn't THAT bad, just odd

Lovely warm day today, 19c so it was supposed to be a Chicken curry 😋

Common sense prevailed however....

Harry"s sesame bun, 5% fat burger, chilli sauce topped with Roquefort and Brie. Salad mélange, carrots rapee, taboule, concombre , poivre"s washed down with another 3 Months....Al fresco too

Sitting here with a nicely full tum, listening to the birds going mental, sparrows, great tits, blue tits, finches, greenfinches, doves, Woodpecker around  somewhere and sheep bleating in  the fields. Not a vehicle sound anywhere...heaven 😁

Picky bits later

Another healthy tea, what ever is the world coming too............

only joking another epic tea

Bit late .Swimbo made me a birthday cake last week .Marmalade cake. Took a photo on the new (to me , Nokia 1 Android) phone . I've just now managed to upload a fuzzy photo to PC. What a palaver. On the old w10 nokia it was photo- cable/bluetooth to pc and copy. On this one ,easiest way I’ve found of doing it is to upload to cloud .
