In that case don't worry about the steamy exhaust. Starting difficulty needs diagnosing, maybe start with checking ignition components.

 

I think LPG probably has a higher ratio of hydrogen to carbon than petrol, so will make even more water when combusted.

 

Also there may be a collection of engine coolant still in the exhaust system from the time when the head gasket was leaking.

engine runs very hard at first start in the morning or at night.

and especially on these winter days. (max 5 °C)

there is no problem in daytime. (9+ °C)

Agreed with @Wino; ignore @RicardoM obfuscation and listen to the 2 people who've pointed out that water is a natural product of burning petrol or LPG with air, unless you have some reason other than water condensing out of the tailpipe for suspecting a failed gasket.
