Had the same issue, I struggled to find the part because I was unaware of the excellent website @UrbanPanzer linked. I fixed mine with a Skoda badge from a keyring which I made a thread about.

The OEM part would look cleaner though.

Got to say, love the interior of your Fabia, the light coloured plastic and seats really liven it up!

This is the jobby , but looking at the way its fixed from inside  of the door panel , i fear it may just have been accidentally pushed inside and is lying at the bottom !8362E99E-83C9-4227-B0FB-CF7911DC85D5.thumb.png.c6bf9c9314c63b09cac6994eda88c42a.png

To stop it falling inside again you could put one of these plant labels in, although I’m not sure whether that would affect your ability to fit the part properly. 01AF2352-016B-431B-A843-649F618A27CE.thumb.jpeg.a3c1c8b92e284204bd469e1b293b053a.jpegA474DC94-096C-4DEF-92F8-CFC63BED6346.thumb.jpeg.3b8f786d21af8a11c51541a5bf44973a.jpegB3E905B4-E55E-473B-918F-D3CC0FDF8039.thumb.jpeg.0f78e9af171ae5f5e71fb0255fef3bbc.jpeg

Great idea thanks i'll have a go at that.

I was thinking maybe drill a small hole in it and attach a piece of fishing line or something. But that would spoil the look of it so ill try your idea first.

thanks for your comments.

...Or glue a hot glue stick to it, pop it in and unstick the glue?

Im not 100%, but I dont think it just pops in, its most likely the same as the mirror switch, which is quite tight to remove.

Once you have one, just remove door trim and fit it that way.

Thanks for all your ideas.   Just an update:  In the end i decided to remove the 2 small torx screws at the bottom of the door panel, and prise a few clips off just enough to feel around.   Sure enough it was lying at the bottom so it fell out!

I did actually glue it in this time . A good cheap job !!
