Hi @varooomThanks for the reply. I'm not sure what you mean by the "SW Train" version.

 

I can see that there are new maps available to download which I will do but for the 'Software' section it says this.

MIB Infotainment version check (MIB1 MIB2 MIB2.5 MIB2Std MIB2High)

 

Here you can see from 1m 30s+ where the menu is entered and shows the Hardware part number and the Software train version.
Rather than send any flash file, I would rather double-check to be 100% safe.

These are what it says when I enter the hidden menu.

 

First SW Train is '----' but if you go into the 'Version' section you get the other picture.

 

If I go into the logging section it shows the 2nd picture.

I am no expert on the systems, but if you are on 02xx / 03xx / 04xx then you stick within your SW band.
The hardware parts are different between the units, so risk of bricking is high if you load 04xx onto say 03xx base firmware.

I am sure there are ways to apply the "wrong" firmware versions, but I wouldn't risk that myself.

I am sure that your SW Train is MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0472T

 

Please look here to verify, look around in update history if needed.

MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0480T is available if needed.

I am sure @pab567 will confirm, that the MST2_EU_SK_PQ_P03xxT has never been seen to be released in the wild.
So therefore, no update is available or even same/earlier version.

Unrationally behavior of the touch screen are usually result of either faulty touch panel or front board, I have NEVER met a case of such issues related to SW 😞

Assuming you don't have Canton, it should just need recoding to enable the virtual surround and sub
