Hello my 2011 vrs tsi central locking only locks back doors and boot and the little door lock button only unlocks and locks boot and back door too plus my electric mirrors and door lights don't work but cabin light come on wen door is open and goes off wen closed same on passenger door any help appreciate and door warning light works in dash what could be the problem an auto electrician and vag specialist both confirm its my door lock module but others say it the glass the controller knob or regulator motor but the motors work but windows don't move on both front door been doing my nut in for nearly 6 months 

door lock module, or corrosion in harness cable to it, probably where it passes from the body to the door in the A pillar.

Had all electrics checked come down to door lock module but others saying it's the window motor module and some say a fuse but there isn't a fuse for the mirrors 

well if the wiring is all okay, then its probably the lock module.. if the auto electrician has done a once over and said that where the issue is, then go with that.

I'd still reckon a wiring issue as opposed to a module issue - what checks did the auto electrician do?

I'd also bet wiring.

 

Have you had is scanned with VCDS or similar to see what fault codes are present?

Langers2k yea all come down to drivers door lock module but others said it's the window motor module 

Don't guess blindly or listen to "others". Diagnose yourself. Gather evidence. Buy parts. Repair. In this order.

all the wiring was replaced when both fuse boxes was replaced wen 5.0 had the car and ****ed the electrics when tapped in the factory lights

I've already got drivers lock module just waiting on window regulators don't want to rivit the drivers door twice 

So the car has had a significant rewire at some point in the past?

Ex undercover CID police car ****ed the electrics had neew looms for lights and two new fuse boxes £290 and full scan and inspection from my local vag specialist and my local auto electricians had a scan and look auto electricians wanted £300 to replace drivers door lock module and vag expert wanted £500 I can do it myself for them prices but need window regulators so waiting on them don't want to rivet drivers door twice 😂
