Menthol Sweets

I usually buy Halls Extra Strong but these are very hard to get hold of at the moment.

No stock in many places for weeks now.

Anyone recommend alternatives for the menthol benefits????? please.

I'd suggest Fishermans' Friend, but they've gotten very tame lately...

Edt: Wife suggests Jakemans, whatever they are. Strepsils also come in menthol.

I'd have suggested Victory Vs, but I don't think they make them any more... or if they do, it's without the chloroform!

Maybe these?

Stepsils I have been advised by a senior medical man.

One can get Jackmans by 6 packs for £3.60 delivered to door which is a good deal, effectively P&P for free.

Lidl sell the Jakemans, (they also do a Honey and Lemon variety) for about 60p a packet.

I'd ask lol-lol to contact his friend One and find out where he gets his delivered from.

Sure it was Amazon I tend to use little else other than Tescos delivery but this was a on its own delivery so confident it was Amazon.

Thanks for the sarcasm George, Lol.

Not too keen on purchasing foodstuff products from Amazon, for the same reason I mentioned Re Ebay purchases......

I'm sure you wouldn't want me to take up a delivery slot from someone more in need......and we do not have a local Tesco's anyway.

Genuinely, I have never shopped in any Tesco other than one petrol station.

Considering an online from Superdrug but i'm too careful (or tight) with money for the £3 delivery as that would pay for six packs if Morrisons had any.

Thanks tho.

If it comes direct from Amazon and not a reseller, you'll be fine

Throat sweets probably because of hayfever and the change from tree to grass pollen, or taking some antihistamines can cause sore/dry throats.

Click on new and used and find Amazon as the seller.

Listings say sold by x fulfilled by Amazon but you want sold by amazon

Amazon ads appear to refer to packs of packs of sweets (based on the shipping weights) and not to just single packs of sweets.

Just in case, the above Amazon offer does show the options Lee was helpfully illustrating but the offer itself is 9 squid for ONE pack of sweets - about 1000% markup!.  Much care needed!

It says pack of 10 ;)
