Where could you find the service intervals?  I'm also happy with the app (both phone- and web-based), but I can't have any service interval or related information. I know the App does have More->Service-Overview, but it's basically a link to the Shop with extra-options available for the car. Anything else?
A similar App for mu Renault used to show me time/km for the next service and all the operations to be performed...

Press the "vehicle status" on the home screen of the phone app, the one that shows the range. That shows the service then at the bottom of the screen.

 

What's interesting is the app shows 2 year 30K km interval while the dealer is going for half that. I'll be going for the shorter interval as anything over a year isn't right in my eyes.

It was worth waiting for it. At the beginning of this week, the dealer called me with surprising info that I could pick up the car this week. I didn't even get the VIN. It was more than a year since I placed the order with no information; in August, the info foresaw the build date in September and an estimated delivery date in the 41st week of 2022. But it arrived a bit early, just for my BD 😀.

 

I hope and wish you to get some positive information and surprises with your orders, as I did.

I mentioned the build date in my post; it was in August, I think. I did not say anything about the pick-up of my car this week until it was a done deal today  (that is safely parked in my garage at home 😀). Call it being superstitious, but I prefer it that way  😁.

Unlike me, who was all around and telling the world as soon as I got some bits of info 😎😊. This evening I spent about 30 mins studying the infotainment, still a work in progress 😁. Had to skip my usual ride to work though due to kiddos being sick. But we have enough time, as long as she’s parked at our home 😍.

Music now works, I love it 😍 finally 😁 Not sure what I did apart from connecting to car wi-fi, maybe that was all that was missing. I drove my teenage daugher to school this morning (the only one that isn’t sick at the moment) and she’s beginning to grow on her as well (she would have picked a black car 😉).

These rims look fantastic on a white Skoda! I still can't believe why they couldn't change my rims 2 months before estimated production, that is persumably not even a "sure thing".

Nice article, really highlighting the issue of people still waiting for their last year ordered cars, which the representatives tend to sweep under the rug. Clearly there are many ppl still waiting. And to keep the balance between the electric ones and petrol/diesel versions sure is tricky with the lack of parts for the former - apparently no new arrivals of hybrids and plug ins recently to our dealer (according to the seller). So if they need to wait for a new batch of more eco friendly cars, it sure might take a while longer 😞. Darn, I still hope they manage to work things out.

 

P.S. The default rims for Style are really a bit boring 😎 (but not horrible either)

I too ordered through leasing company in Sept 21. My last build date had been scheduled for Aug 22 but was notified that it no longer has a build date so goodness knows when. From reading other comments, around 15 to 16 months for PHEV VRS seems to be the wait time so I'm holding out until around December or January. If I knew there was going to be such a difference in lead times for PHEV models compared to petrol or diesel I would have went for the petrol or diesel model. 

I checked the price if I was to order the exact car I have ordered with the same leasing company and price has increased from £360 per month (which I will be paying) to £623 per month if I was to order it now. 

 

Got a call Friday from the dealer telling me that the car arrived in UK earlier this week.  And should be at the dealer Monday.  So long as no issues with PDI then fingers crossed I can collect the weekend. Happy days.  Been waiting since aug 21.

The spreadsheet is to me a great source of information. I sorted the spreadsheet by engine type and what it showed was not good news for those waiting for a PHEV. Not that this is unexpected. But it is interesting to see what within the small sample we have is being delivered and when. Its good to see cars being delivered month on mouth even if they are not comming in the numbers or as fast as we would lik. It was but a few months ago when nothing was turning up. Could I ask that those with an entry on the sheet keep it up to date and those who have ordered and are waiting for a new Octavia Mk4 to consider adding your details. In the absence of honest accurate information from Skoda it is the best source available to us.

What did you get @Kingelk? I can’t see you on the spreadsheet. 

I jus called the dealership to get my VIN number only to be told my car arrived on Friday. At last! 
I’m still one of the lucky ones as I’ve only waited 11 months. 
The amusing part was being told the salesman was on annual leave so he’d be in touch when he returned to sort things out. Really? 🤣

Is this Moon White metallic colour ?

Picked up my my new car monday 3rd October, so that was approx 16 months wait. And the car is not the one I originally ordered as that is still not built as far as I know. The car I got is velvet red and has the panorama roof, my original order was moon white and no panorama. Other than that they are identical, so got this rather than wait any longer.

 

Driven 1000km in the first week, apart from annyoing fake engine noise and a bit dissapointing sound from the Canton, Im quite happy.

Havent been able to edit the Excel sheet to update, so if someone is able to do so, that would be great.

I think you misunderstood. I assume he took over a different order (car on stock). This is not his original order that came with wrong configuration.

It looks like situation is getting better, first I had estimated delivery date  KW 16 in 2023, now its changed to KW 8. So 2 months less! :) I really hope that gas and energy limitation wouldn't affect delivery dates :/
