At last it’s properly prepared for family life; rubber mats and transmission tunnel mat installed and another good clean and protect completed. Orders done for many goodies and SuperSkoda cart strategically prepared for the 2kg limit when the sale starts, hopefully tomorrow 🤞

It’s a MIB2.5 which is preferable IMO, MIB3 is buggy still. I’ll let her know if there is an issue but I’m holding out till tomorrow in the hope they have a sale 😂

I'm thinking of getting the rear number sportline diffuser and a set of rubber mats for the winter - with two young kids a muddy walks the fabric ones are high maintenance! 

The SL diffuser is lovely, but it’s a shame that at least for now they won’t send to the UK as they are very cheap and when I do the towbar I’d like one. I am just getting some essentials to start with. Badges, key end and first aid kit.

Oh hadn't realised it won't ship to the UK at the moment.. will have to have a rethink. 

ClAim to have customs issues with GLS etc via larger packages .  I did get a package through just before they had issues but was delayed for 4 weeks in transit !

Is it me, or you make fun in hoovering your front seats in two direction to draw kind of stripes, just as some football field lawns are mowed...

It’s an OEM Skoda one; I was given it by a camera client who traded his Superb in for an Audi A8.

Awesome I’ll have a look. Looks like it’s 2 part numbers. I’ll see how many doubloons they want for one. In the meantime I’ll continue to wedge it in between the front seats above the arm rest haha

Looking really nice, all the same sort of prep we did before letting the kids anywhere near. Those genuine rubber mats are particularly hard wearing, kept them from my first Superb, so over 4 years and no sign of wear.

 

Don’t forget to get a genuine warning triangle if you haven’t already got one, very cheap from Superskoda and usually missing from the handy little stowage compartment.

 

I’ve got black badges and letters to do on mine, as soon as it gets above 15degrees. Mines pre-facelift, so silver lettering. Going to do away with “Skoda” lettering on the left, and put Superb there, with 4x4 at the same height on the right, as per facelift.

 

Was also hoping to get an alcantara front centre armrest cover with white stitching, but they are out of stock, and I can’t find anywhere else that does them 😢

Only 20 euro, used it for the first time this weekend for a four hour drive. Our daughter (3 yo) loved it.
