Air flow selector not working

Hi all I recently had a problem with the air flow selector. It is not changing to other positions. It is fixed on the last position I put it in. The picture below shows the device, and the position in which it is actually working is indicated by the arrow. Is there any fuse that is protecting the device? And where is it located?
