I have an issue that I can't become a primary user,  giving error all the time. I'm assuming that update will help. Can you help me with a files for update to latest version, please?

A few weeks ago I had same issue, I update OCU from 88 to 143 and no solution.

My dealer, after one week, update the OCU again and It work now.

Hi @vegarz, is this OCU update helps with "primary user "? Then what is OCU, and how to update it? Sorry if I understand you wrong. 

That is the Telematic unit, in my superb is the module 75.

SOS call is too in this module.

I read that somebody can login as principal user after do emergency call.

I don't check It.

You need to know what is SW version with OBD

Again I need your help please. I thought that I know how to update, but turned out that it's not true.

I'm extracting 143, then copying two folders in to USB. Connecting, going to developer mode, and then it's showing files inside, even start update, but all of them not active.

What I'm doing wrong?

You simply must select update and press ok.

So as I anderstand update not active becouse version (143) already installed.  Then I tried to update 5F block and it works properly. Only I have an error:  Check software version management.

@vegarz Is there any newer version,  or 143 is the latest?

A friend of mine has a MIB3 with SW 0270 (H22). Just to be sure: I need to update first to MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P30800P_0308 and then to MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P33000P, right? Can I expect any problems after the updates? I found two different version 0330: MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P33000P and MOI3_EU_SKMQB_P33000P_0330 - is there a difference between them or which one is the right one? Thank you.

Yes, the update procedure is correct.

There is only one 330 update. 

They must be the same.

After update, the system must work moore fine.

Sw 035, it's very old, now is available version 149. You can brick your OCU if you try by yourself.

I suggest going to dealer.
