AA wireless adapter.

Featured Replies

Just fitted the AA wireless adapter to my 2016 Superb mk3. Nice and easy and works a treat. Also fitted a wireless charger in the armrest cubby hole to charge my pixel 6 pro.

Which wireless charger.?

The AAWireless is such a great device, so convenient, handy and issue/mess free.

I've had mine for almost 2 years now.

Love it.

I returned my AAwireless as it was killing the battery on the phone and plus it wouldnt automatic connect to it so just sticking to the wired solution.

@Awesam what phone are you using? I've tested mine for auto connection and so far has connected everytime. Using the wireless charger should stop any battery drain issues on long journeys.

I've got a Samsung Galaxy Note 20

How’s it connected?

@Awesam wife has the same issue she has a Samsung A53. Seems to drain the battery quite quickly.

in my case - on long journeys, the car's in-built wireless charger is not sufficient to keep up, and if it does, which it barely does, then the phone gets too hot after a while from the wireless charging, hence it stops charging.

i've got a Pixel 5 (no phone case).

hence if i'm driving more than an hr, i always used the wired charging cable which i have setup inside the armrest console storage (usb power sourced from rear storage console).

Oh. Why not just plug the phone into the USB?

@numskull it's the convenience of being able to leave phone in pocket and not have to keep plugging in with usb cable everywhere.
