Sounds like ur "new light switch" has something to do with it.

Was it working before that?

No. I change light switch as I was thinking that was the issue but not. After changing still not working.

Probably worth posting an autoscan from VCDS along with an adaptation map from 09 👍

Stop changing parts without a proper diagnosis.

Have you checked for power at the lamp unit?

have you changed any coding in the car?

Have you changed any parts and what was the outcome?

Have you checked any fuses?

Did you change the light bulb first?

Yes I was fixed problem. The issue I got was live wire behind on the side where you got torch in the boot.

Ok, I don’t have any power on connector, light don’t working and don’t have any warning in the car.. everything else working fine.. can’t find fuse for rear fog light, probably is same fuse for several components. Will need open again everything and measure it from beginning…

The power is supplied from the BCM. Check the pin output from the BCM to see if its there. If not, check the BCM fuses. If all are good and the BCM has power on that bank - then there is a good chance the BCM output has failed internally.

Don’t have wiring schema, will need find it somewhere and then test it.
