Hi, i have tried updating from your given link. But the version is same so the "start update" is greyed out. Was anable to update, due to version similarities.

Also Checked their files was completely identical.

Update. I visit my nearest skoda workshop they have take all the Hardware data and forwarded to the skoda india team to rectify the issue, because they said they haven't seen issue like this. So they are blank & sent the data to superior team. Once they reply on this, he will call me.

In india, if you get your vehicle coded by unlocking extra features which company have hidden them. They they try to afraid you, by telling that you will not get warranty on this that...if they find out they just drops the car right away. And my car is coded by myself.🫢

As you can see in the photo the Navigation database version is missing and my NAV didn't work at all it keeps loading on starting navigation... nor working on Digital cockpit. Help!

Also tried to update map (india map 8gb) from Update portal
and followed the MIB3 colombus pdf for usb case but didn't work as well
also contacted the dealer but no luck.

I only code things that are not obvious. Stop / start I revert back when it serviced. Mind you I did mess up the maps, being a Seat mib2 high they don't have life long Mapcare like Skodas. Learning curve then. Nobody really knew then.

It appears mib3 firmware is more complex so user modification isn't a good idea... I reckon. Map updates are fine but adjusting the firmware is more problematic. Connect services if available in the country take care of firmware updates and you can always go back to the dealer if it fails. Outside of Europe where connect services don't exist DIY on firmware updates can be problematic.

mibsolution website update files are faulty (330).I recently updated it 0270,308,330..I applied navigation patch after 330(with vcrn code).I didn't have any problems.If the hidden feature is active in your vehicle before updating, you need to restore it (video motion,radio AM enable..).I will share the new update link and details below.

yes i now i know that why my navigation database is missing the version no.
its because while updating to 330 i haven't known abt these points, that you have mentioned.
i haven't revert any of those extra hidden features to its original values, i have that i have enabled via obdeleven app
so you Can you explain how did you fix it in more details step by step. Please i m having very rough time with the dealership my car is in the works workshop since 3 weeks now. It would be very helpful, If see me as your younger brother! Uploadingbrother!

1.AM radio disable? (enable)

2.30 colors of ambient lights

3.comfort seats?

4. the menu of locking? (door locking while engine is running)

check these out and reload 330 Firmware.then reinstall the patch and make sure the vcrn code is correct

Yes i actually done too many changes since my car was 1800km

Some of done by professional and some of did by me.

Recently i heard abt the 330v so i tried to implement it and the Navigation database just disappeared.

This is my OLD system info 👇

So as per you- i have to undo all the changes i have done??

I have disable those features you have pointed out. And also reinstalled 330v but i didn't got that last part reapply patch that i have created with vcrn code. (I didn't do anything like that before🤔).

You need to install a patch to activate navigation.

The problem I think is that you updated from 0306 to 0324. While to update to 0324 or 0330 you must first install 0308.

Then, once done you must clean the error 1555/B201A with an OBD interface (Obdeleven, Carscanner, VCDS etc)

After being stuck on map version 25.1 since January, our MIB3 finally updated itself OTA to 25.5 today. (UK).

Better late than never, eh, Skoda.

Even for OTA updates with an Infotainment Online subscription in place, the updates are, I believe, only around quarterly rather than monthly. Wait until your Infotainment subscription ends and, unless you had Skoda money, then you have to do the long drawn out update via USB-C drive process and you get two updates a year at best.

USB method isn't bad but if I had mib3 I'd probably pay up for rest of what connect services can offer.

OTA updates for us were monthly throughout last year. Subscription was, and still is, in place. I think there is a difference betrween a full release of Europe-wide maps, twice a year, and more frequent OTA updates covering a lesser area. Hence the trick of forcing an OTA update by entering a destination very far away.

I could see if you had poor 4g you may have to wait over a month if you never moved your car... 4g is shocking where I live and it's a piggy back low bandwidth service they use. I would get zero success.

Yep, 100% confirmed works for a MIB3 critter, format a USB-C thumb drive as exFAT (if not already exFAT), then using your VIN, download your regions maps from:

Open the ZIP and copy the contents of the folder (not the folder itself) to the thumb drive and shove it in one of the two front USB's, I'm in Oz, so the map update was less than 2GB. I pretty much started the car and volia!!!!!! I checked under the Infotainments System > System information and now have an updated Nav DB.

Thank you guys, I think the Skoda employee who wrote the English version of the "How To" guide enjoyed a few too many Becherovka's.

If in Europa you can do better than that with @MartiniB files. The thread labelled 25.02 has Europe in it more recent. Its the old trick. Vag websites dont show the most recent files at times. Currently its across all sites more or less you can better what a Vag site is saying. Its like libraries of old where new books come in but are waiting for the plastic film, the stamp page etc. The Vag file server has the file but the web site designer hasn't edited the page yet.

Unfortunately this year's update has had to be abandoned. Six or seven attempts at downloading the 29GB zip file from the update portal all failed at between 6 and 10GB.

It's a pity successive downloads cannot continue from where the previous one stopped.

I may have another attempt when I have nothing else to do but for now life is too short to worry about this.

You may need a different browser / download manager. If it's a problematic connection using a download manager addon to Firefox can solve it. This is the fix I recommend to one person and it did it.

That was on the mib2 high file thread but may help with you. Dodgie servers create problems and connections. Download managers iron things out. The mibsolutions people swear by them since their servers are pretty bad. You'll see the addon talks about multi threading. You just install it. I just leave it sitting there once installed. Didn't configure it. There it's sat for several years.

Different browsers may also work better. That was a GitHub project which works across browser. I reckon it could be built into some now.
