Damaged speakers on the front door, please help me with recommendations about replacement

Hello!

I have a Șkoda superb 3 2016. The sound system, I think, is the normal one, no canton, banger and wolfson. I think that it is the most basic one

The front door speakers on the both sides are garbage. They sound damaged.

I don't want any fancy uppgrade. I want just some decent sound because the phone calls via Bluetooth sound awful

Please help me with some recommendations about what speakers, adapters, kit may I buy and repair my sound system.
