Am driving through Europe on 1st July in my Elroq 50.

Nobody at the Skoda showroom can tell me how to fit headlamp converter stickers.

Can anyone here please help?

You don’t need them, there’s a setting on the infotainment screen:

Read the last paragraph in the image posted, the bit that "applies to headlights without adaptive functions" which you have.

"LED Headlights (Standard):

The Elroq SE 50 comes standard with LED headlights, which provide efficient and bright illumination.

LED Matrix Beam Headlights (Optional):

Available on higher trim levels, the LED Matrix beam headlights use individual light segments to adapt to various driving conditions. They can selectively shield oncoming traffic when high beam is on, preventing glare while optimizing illumination for the driver. "

You say you have the basic headlamps in your previous post. These

The final paragraph in the image posted by @Steve153 states no adjustment is needed to drive abroad. Its all in your manual if you read it.
