Would r16 7j et 40 fit a lowered fabia (30mm)?

Or should I just go with safer option r15 6.5j et 38. Should be close to oem right?

I mean without any spacers. I dont want them. Cause I know you can fit pretty much any wheel with them

Not sure but it may depend on the tyre profile. I use this to compare different wheel/tyre sizes
