A little help here...

Have two Fabia III models in the family: 68 and 19 plates. Identical in all but colour - so you'd think.

The 68 plate has for some reason dropped Apple Carplay completely, yet a check on the system info shows it remains identical to the 19 plate, which still has Carplay.

Any ideas?

Thankfully resolved by simple Restore Factory Settings.

Just an observation, but judging by the number of threads appearing on here relating to infotainment system issues, VAG need to have a critical look at whoever is responsible for software updates and third party integration.
