I changed the start up screen on my Octavia scout mk3 to scout (on the glass screen)

I now want to do it on the instrument cluster via Vcds but can’t find which version it is on the drop down menu of Lcode. I also keep getting this error when I try to get off Lcode most of the time.. attached
