I finally got my car uptaded on service to 2630 software but now I can't connect to my app or enter my driver profile, it says "try again later"

Went back to skoda service here in my town and they say it must be the servers, to try contacting skoda directly. Very disappointed.

Is this normal? Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm on 2460 and have same issue. Contacted with Skoda and they advised me to go to dealer which will receive "instructions" from the factory what they should do. My appointment is in 2 weeks..

Solved. Dealertold me that service procedure "virtual mib swap" was done and it worked. Now I'm able to connect to SkodaID

Factory instructions was only for removing the fuse and unplug 12v battery for 30 minutes
