Hi I have a problem with my window master switch on the passager front side basically all other ones the one touch is automatically going up and down but the front passager I have to hold the button

On the rest of them I can feel a double click but not on the one with the problem I went to a garage they diagnosed it but they said is normal for the kamiq to have this thing as it s coming like this from dealership

I want to know if other kamiq users have this windows thing like it s actually the car made like this or it s an actual issue

Have you tried resetting the one touch operation as per the owners manual.

Open window fully using switch on driver door, once window open press switch again to open, a click will be heard, now close window fully , then again operate switch in close position, again a click will be heard. This should reset one touch operation on that window.

Yeah I just tryied that now but it still doesn’t work I tried multiple times as well
