An induction kit lets more air in and gives a louder noise, the panel filter is a direct replacement for the standard one but will allow less air and noise than the induction kit altough it is easier to fit.

Any pictures yet? I want to see how yours looks before i decide to lower it or not, especially as it is in red, so mine would look similar.

I'm with you on the wheel/tyre issue. I've got to get one alloy repaired and have already has one tyre repaires and one replaced due to punctures, and on Christmas eve i went to post a card and had not put the handbrake on enough on a hill there is a small dent on the front bumper and i need to touch up some scratches...

(awaits innuendo)

ok, the latest on my springs.... i checked with the company that's ordering my springs and gave them the part number you gave me. they rang back later to say the part number i gave them was for the tdi. and not the fabia vrs. eibach told them they have just got the vrs listed for eibach springs. so we'll wait and see. they are more than likely the same springs but now listed for the vrs also. :thumb:

We had told Eibach that we had fitted the TDi springs to my vRS and they were suitable.

Might have come up with a different spring but not really any need, mine work just fine.

ok just got the camera and took a couple of pics in the dark of my eibach springs. also classed as the tdi verson same as ross..

seems to sit a lot better Ade, i would think it's as ross says, they've perhaps just decided to list them with the same springs....... i'll hopefully let you know wed pm. cos should get them fitted then. cheers Tom.

Might have to invest in some eibach springs when i get mine. Looks much better mate. Also tempted in getting some Konis as one of my mates has them fitted to his Corsa SXI. All i can say is WOW! It now goes round corners FAST. Well as fast as his 1.2 16v will let him.

Sits about the same as mine, looks very nice mate, glad ur happy

If you also do the airbox trumpet mod and remove the flap that is just inside the grill intake as well, all i can say is wow! With a 1 click, Jabba, Tuning box (take your pick) you can tell the difference even more.

Ross, Aadaams what's the handling like on your cars? I'm wondering whether to just have the springs or the whole kit fitted and want to know your opinions

the handling on my car is greatly improved a lot firmer with less roll just needs better tyres in the wet. i dont know about ross handling but he has the whole kit and strut brace.
