I went to get something out of the Vlad's boot on and lid closed down on me. I was nearly chopped in half! I think he is getting jealous.

Pleeese people, understand that although I am so very excited about this car - I really don't want to bend it, hurt me or anyone else! Please don't think I am some stupid girl that just got a faster car and is going to trash it, truth be told I am terrified of the thing.

Since learning to drive, I have only driven Vlad and Puegeots. Obviously I got very used to Vlad and I drove the Peugeots with total contempt. The car is so diffrent to them I can see it being months before I find my feet and feel confident (but not cocky).

Hi Emily

The time that these (or any nippy car) will bite you is when you get more comfortable with it and your guard relaxes a little. Also, the nature of the delivery means that you can quickly find yourself in three figure territory on B roads almost without noticing, so a healthy respect is required even once used to it.

Something that people think about less it the element of surprise. Other road users dont expect stuff around them to accelerate quite as quickly as you now can, so be wary of others when you get a move on.

On the other hand, no point in all that power if you dont use it! Enjoy.
