Your engine's pretty much on the money in terms of emissions figures. Mind you, it's the first I've ever heard of 2500 to 3000 rpm being a "fast idle"; I'm more used to think of that as being about 1_200rpm.

idle just means "not under load" (i think)

I'd not consider somewhere between 1/3 and 2/3 of peak revs (depending on engine) "not under load".
