New keyboard

Featured Replies

Always nice when you get a new keyboard, when the space bar was getting a little long in the tooth on the old one, Here's to less cursor work to stick spaces in all my posts. :D :dtp:

Although saying that I've gone from a slimline one to a fairly chunky black one and the keys feel a little odd still. :o

new keyboards are nice :) i gave myself a new keyboard at work the other week, cos the old one was dirty :o

Need to change mine. I can see some dust between the keys.....

keyboards allways feel wierd at first till you get used to them.

i allways blame the keyboard for my naff spelling but we all know it's becuase i'm a cretin and can't spell really!!!

:sofahide:

Very pleased with it all in all :)

I love new keyboards. I like the slimline Microsoft and Dell keyboards. Seem to have a nice soft key touch, but feel positive all the same.

I hate cream keyboards with a passion.

Oh, and it HAS to be a wired one too.

This new one for me is a Dell, but then it was totally and utterly free, so I'm not going to complain, especially as it is brand new.

Seconded for microsoft keyboards.... infact microsoft hardware in general

Me bro has a Logitech G15 keyboard... (

MS Natural Keyboard and InteliMouse explorer, both wired :)

I use M$ mice.. even on my mac's... they're great!

My main keyboard atm is a Zippy one with rear illumination

I use a MS wired keyboard / optical mouse at work, and a wireless ms keyboard / optical mouse at home. Which do I prefer, the wireless one due to the freedom you get. No cables is the way to go, and battery life is not an issue. In the 12 months since I bought them, I have changed the mouse batterys twice and the keyboard is still the same set.

another vote from me for the microsoft optical mose.

That logitech mouse and keyboard look like props from a sci-fi movie!

i have a packard bell wireless mouse which recharges in its cradle which is also the base startion and ive had it 3 yrs and it brilliant and id be lost without it

ggrrr... Kids!! got home last night to find one of the cursor keys removed from my Zippy EL-610 keyboard....

Had to go out today and buy a replacement...

i'd so want an optimus keyboard - each key is a teeny little individual display

Optimus keyboard

Nice and clicky - none of this new fangled soft touch rubbish  Plus you can take the key caps off to keep them nice and clean :D

Chris

I used one of those recently.. cringed at every keystroke...

And a G7 Cordless lazer mouse... (

I use logitech at home (mx 1000 laser mice), find them by far the nicest mice, keyboards dont really mind, although i dont like the dell ones with hardly any surround.

Plus they were "proper" keyboards.. that you could probably kill someone with! all i can say is build quality has gone downhill since the ol IBM AT keyboard

Yup definitely. Although that doesn't concern me as my 20 year old AT keyboard is still going strong ;)
