It's got to be pretty sad that I was mildly excited to get home and see this: :o

Then again, I actually pulled over to the side of the road when I was driving my wife's car and this happened:

It's a wonder I ever had a girlfriend let alone got married! :D

Freaky thing, though: I've just noticed that the trip meter readings are within a few hundred yards of each other, too - what are the chances of that!?!

I am sad too . . I even matched the speed (roughly) to the number of thousand miles I had covered.:o

I have a VIDEO of my 320 touring turning 100k miles, at 40mph(so you can read the odo) in Bulgaria

now that is sad!

When my last octy went through 68000 , 68020 , 68030 and 68040 miles I had a little smile to myself.

Now that really is nerdy!

er

why?

Motorola CPUs?

Motorola CPUs?

Yep , as used in the Amiga.

It did get to 80286 , 80386 and 80486 before it got sold too :D

I've still got my Amiga 1200 up in the loft! I always lusted after a 68040 upgrade with a heady 8 meg of RAM, but it was always way outside my price range lol. Admittedly I was about 14 at the time lol.

I've got a couple of 500s , a 600hd and (I think) a 1200 in the loft plus over 1000 disks of games :D

Are you in a similar situation as me where most of those discs aren't originals?

I didn't say I took the photograph. Look at the angle of the camera.;)

I'm not sad either....................

I'm almost 99% convinced it wasn't me who noticed though!

also, that was all in one go!! :P

Ive still got a 1200 with a 40mb hdd and a A600 with a 20mb hdd

i was also really astounded how much difference 256kb upgrade of "fast memory" in the PCMCIA slot made :D

I still yearn for superstardust on the A1200 tho... legend

I might have to go for a root round in the loft at the weekend now :o

anyway... back on topic LOL...

sad... maybe

Highest milage fabia vrs?

i happened to look down at the milage on my when i was stopped at the traffic lights and it was 100,001, but the strange thing was that the trip said 101.00 as well

I've got a demo of it in the loft somewhere. One of my favourites was Jetstrike (AGA edition). Loved that game. And who doesn't love the original Settlers? I can listen to that music for ages and ages!

The only problem with my 1200 is that some of the pins have fallen out of the mouse port, so its a bit hit and miss. Will have to see if I can find/solder in a replacement!

Not sad at all

Variation on a theme? (And just to show how economical a vRS can be!)

Think its time to start a separate amiga/retrogaming thread :D:thumbup:

I'm only a few hundred away from 40k on the conversion dash in my motor. I will have to get a piccie next week when it clocks over.

Not sure what the actual car has done. Something around what the current dash reads + about 55k miles.

ooooh if I go for a reasonable drive this weekend I'll hit the big 50 in the RS. I always try to look out for these things, but I've never taken a photo... yet.
