Hi, I lost the chrome surround to the grill on my 2000 facelift Felicia on the motorway last week - nearly caused an accident!

I've bought a new surround and badge for a scary fifty quid but can't line it up correctly. It looks simple enough and is obvious HOW it fits but when the surround is clipped in the badge won't sit flush. Maybe I should remove the black grille and painted surround and fit it all together? Anyone got any ideas or know how I go about removing the whole grill?

Any help appreciated!!!

not a clue, but would say take the whole grill unit of, and get it on the kitchen table. then you can have a propper look.
