Featured Replies

went into the back of a bus the other day, wet road and the brakes locked. just wondering where the best place to get a bonnet, bumper and headlights from. engine and radiator still fine, and was able to drive home with no probs.

cheers

Hi... sorry to hear about your accident... as long as you're ok, the car can be fixed...

Try these:

Car parts, van parts, 4x4 parts, used motor spares - 1st Choice Spares

I have used them a couple of times once for an engine and once for a crank sensor.

You register your details then choose your car and what part you want and then companies get in touch with you to say that they have the part.

You get quite a lot of emails and phone calls with loads of different prices.

tip: dont use your mobile number because apparantly you get txts that cost you money (so i was told by the person who recomended it to me).

Hope this helps.... and good luck...

Strange... its usually us busses that hit cars and not the other way round...

Although there was an incident a few weeks back when someone drove there honda civic UNDER the back of a bus... driving too fast and with the shape of the bonnet, they went under the bus lol.

And then on the flip side we were stood in bus station when we saw a bus drive past with something green attached to the back... he had whipped the entire bumper off a honda jazz without realising! lol

Double post... sorry

that sucks :(

yet another argument for the abolition of busses

Why abolish busses???!!!

Thought we were trying to save the environment? If more people used busses instead of driving in their cars...

Plus... half the time its the people in their cars fault... driving too fast and not understanding how much extra room and time a bus needs.

We cant help holding you up sometimes... hell i know that i drive with my foot to the floor half the time trying to keep on time... lol
