Having just read the thread on doing the mod to the air intake pipe by doing a straight swap for the pd160 intake pipe from a Seat, i was wondering if someone could list the cars that this pipe can be found on as i can feel a trip to the scrap yard looming. I just want to know which make and models to look out for, cheers, Mac

That's the only one I'm aware of too! IIRC, the Polo GT PD130 uses the same smaller design as our very own vRSes. And that's your lot - other VAG PD130 installations will have a different air intake design.

They did the same with the Ibiza splitters when every **** started fitting them to thier Nova's.

You could be right. I called to ask and he said he would get it for the next day. He then called me back to say he had found one that had been ordered in May but not collected.

Price wasn't mentioned till I collected it.
