Update : Seat dealers in Yeadon, Leeds have just called to advise me my parts have arrived, and confirmed that the price has gone up. As I have already paid the lower price they will honour it, but the new price is now on their system.

Had a look on Badger5, couldn't see any green cotton air filters, and just so as we are clear i don't want to fit an induction kit or anything, i just want a performance air filter that will fit straight into the housing already fitted to my car to suit the bigger air intake i'm trying to source, thanx in advance.

Jabba do the green filters....... Can't remember how much though. Have a wander over to their part of the Briskoda forum and pop a post on asking them for details etc.....

Thanks guys, just had alook at both suppliers and Green were slightly cheaper due to a recent price cut on the VRS filter. Placed my order on-line now all i need is Sarahs intake pipe (easy boys, she knows what i mean!) and i'm sorted.

You guys are lucky. 75 is not that bad. Here in Poland we have to pay 100 for those parts. One year ago it also costs 40 here so I think not only Seat in UK rise the price but the decision comes out from Spain.

Don't talk to me about weddings. My future bride, who has already bought her wedding dress, is now unsure as to whether she likes it enough, they dont do refunds (even though it hasn't left the shop or been altered) AND (this is the best bit) .... she says she can justify spending more money on a dearer dress because of how much i've spent on my car recently! :eek:

I got mine from here due to this recommendation, haven't fitted it yet, just waiting for these new pipes from Forge as i feel obliged to wait now that they've gone to all the effort!

Might go for one of those myself then, i though you would see some benefit from the bigger hose and filter, not massive but maybe a subtle difference.

I've just had a PM from Awesome Sarah and she hopes to be able to take 6 of the new pipes to TRAX on 02/09/07 to show us. Hope that means to sell aswell coz it would be cool to fit one there for the drive home!
