Has anyone else had any problems with their points? I have filled up with about 150 litres of fuel in the past week with driving to and from the hospital and according to the shell site its updated points to last week (and not added the points earned the week before) and hasnt added anymore points or updated in a week..

Also when do i get a vpower card i should have 500+ points on the card now, might go back to tesco's at this rate, certainly cheaper.

I haven't been checking my points to be honest, but with the amount of money I have spent on V-Power over the last two years, I'm still waiting for my V-Power card... :(

EDIT: Just checked, and I have 2971 points, not counting the last three tank fulls. Doesn't seem a lot considering how often I fill up. Also, anyone else think the Shell Driver Club website is crap too?

SWMBO and I have a linked account. She puts that smelly black stuff in her company shed and gets the V-Power card!!!

I actually phoned them last week as I reserved a Ferrari Lego kit from my points and asked why the website wasn't showing the fill ups I did. He re-assured me he had them on the system and that it was just a very crap website. Nice going Shell :(

The whole Shell Pluspoints/Drivers Club is an absolute shambles and I cant tell you how pi$$ed off I am with them :mad: , I'm still waiting for vouchers I redeemed over two months ago :thumbdwn:

If it was'nt for V-Power, I'd give Shell the big heave-ho.

I never got my new card and the call centre are a waste of time..

nope your not alone m8, i'm a v-power card holder and have been for a good year or so and before that i've been a pluspoint member for years but this whole 'Drivers Club' think has confused the cr@p out of me.

I just hope i don't have to wait as long for the vouchers i ordered 3 weeks ago, if i do there'll be hell to pay. i dread to think how much money i've spent with them over the year, i use to avereage about

I thought they were from an Indian call centre!

Mine second one was definitely Indian, as when I called back later and got a useless person, i said something in Hindi that got a response back from the guy.

Glad I am not alone. Their web site is useless and despite long e-mail correspondence and an almost incomprehensible call centre conversation my old 'plus points' have not been credited to 'Drivers Club Points'. I suspect they are saving a lot of

Spoke to the Indian call centre today when i rang up shell about my missing points for the past month at a local garage (Frilford nr Abingdon) who have a problem with their points machine and are aware of it. The Shell hotline said they would add the points on manually (which havent appeared on the website yet).

I asked them about the vpower card I was promised in June and they said i was on the list for the next round of vpower cards to go out which will be in October.

It annoys me that because of all this im losing out on my double points as i have purchased more than 200 litres already this month with all the running around ive been doing.
