(un) fortunately my dealer has sold his allocation, and can't get hold of one.

Does anyone have any idea how many have been sold?

We have been offered a cracking deal on the Octavia, so it would be silly not to really, but.....

Im really pleased. The car looks superb. I have had dozens of people giving it the once over as drove home from the dealership today. Its a lovely motor!!!

Rainworth Motors had one around the back of their new premises, didn't look it had been sold, but that was around end of last month.

My local dealer displayed one at the local motor show but I have no idea whether it's for sale yet. The leather looks so nice.

I'm presume you mean, Ballards lane? Any idea on what they are con artists for? I've used them, as has many on here. And found them fine. Perhaps they did let someone down on a particular occassion, but to call them Con Artists for doing their jobs.

It could also depend on what you were expecting.

So they still have the demo one in the show room floor, the sales guy was adament that it was going to be sold on the weekend i viewed it which was 2 weeks ago...

Just bought mine at Alex Lawrie in Liverpool picking it up next week hopefully, they have one demo car there with about 3k on the clock and they are selling that.

Some dealers still have them, but are unwilling to let other dealers have them, because they can sell them.

I suppose mine (hers) came from a dealership that was either nearing its month end targets, or needed the floor space and was unwilling to put it to a 'demo' and take a cut in bunce on it.

Either way, we've got one now.
