As some of you may know almost 2 years ago i stickered up a fabia for my local dealer as close to the WRC car as i could, it looked good.

i'm really tempted to do something similar to my own car, unfortunately with mine being red i have the problem that the colours wont work.

i could cover the car in white first but thats a hell of a lot of work, time and cost before applying everything else.

i have been looking for similar examples in red as opposed to white but haven't had any luck in finding any.

does anyone know of any rally fabia's in red and generally speaking what are your thoughts on this idea?

I personally think you should go for it. I remeber the original thread, and in fact was trying to find it a little while ago, as I would like to do it. Did you actually sticker the car yourself? Can you remember the approx cost?

TIA

duplicate.

Sorry fixing links got two now,

Skoda Fabia RS 01 WRC by Brisk - Jalopnik ( I want one )

Skoda Fabia RS 01 WRC by Brisk - Jalopnik

You could try Red bull then you'd have a few red bits ( bull etc ) that would save making the car white first, Slide show here from all corners WRC: First picture: Red Bull Skoda team livery.

A nice yellow to go with your hair

Go for it mate - will look good!

Of course, you will need to go around wearing a race suit and helmet for the full effect ;)

I need to speak to you regarding those wee vinyl bits for the bit between the rear doors and the rear arch as I have a few stone chips on there which could be doing with covering up!

I have a red Fabia too and have thought about puting WRC stickers on mine too.

I like the CRT stickers but as you said with the car being red the red stickers wont work. :(

So i was thinking about the WRC RedBull stickers. That might work on a red car

Along with a 'Briskoda.net' sticker, I have been thinking about some subtle stickers on my Red vRS.

KTP - Have you any pics that show your 'Skoda Motorsport' stickers - and where did you get them from?

Need to still get myself a subtle Briskoda.net sticker for my rear window.......

Danny

Why not design your own kit - You could do some wicked effects with grey metalic vinyl on red!

Ill go with that...^^^^^

Graphite decals on red car FTW!

A quick PS play....

I've got a mate who specializes in this stuff and had done hundreds of rally replicas on Subaru's, Mitsi Evo's, Integrale's and loads more. I can ask him to provide you with some more options and prices if you like.

In my opinion, thats way too much...

That looks fantastic.... Would your mate do that up for a Mk2 Golf ?

Personally, I'd be worried about putting any type of White, to cover the whole car. It would end up making the paint sweat on a hot day, and leave lines once you take it off.

Much easier to get the car resprayed!

Don't know anything about stickers though.

He can pretty much do anything to anything. The guy is a genius with graphics.

Some of his work....

i did it myself, worked out cost of doing a car in the same manor would be about

My mate may be able to do the whole thing for you for much less than you have priced it DIY. Considering he supplies THIS COMPANY for these prices, dealing direct may be even better.
