I didn't notice the wheels till you mentioned them...... They look really well. Glad your enjoying the CTS. Have you decided if your going to go for anything like a dragon box or re-map etc??? :thumbup:

I just realised earlier today that i've had the vRS 18 months now and it seems to have flown by. I normally start looking at what i'm gonna be buying next at this point but can safely say i'll be happy with our vRS "fleet" for quite a while yet.

I think I'm going to save up for a Celtic Tuning remap (190 bhp) £350 ish

Should give sub 7 (0-60) in the dry. I drove one with it on at the last meet and it was pretty impressive.

The wheels I had on were from an EX/Sport model (5 door) because the dealer couldnt get one with Type S wheels. A week later I curbed the front nearside.

As luck would have it, a guy near Telford was selling his Type S wheels and tyres for £375 the lot (Only 50 miles on them), I bought them.

I then sold all mine to another guy on the forum in Manchester who had kerbed his EX wheels for £275.

The deal cost me £100 all together. So I'm well satisfied.

Don't need to be Spanish. All the taxi's round here look like that, except they're all Toyota Avensis's not CTR's.

They do......doubt they're carbon though mate. I reckon it's just a respray.

Either way, they're all manky old Avensis's. Would be far better to be picked up in a CTR. Would be home in minutes!

LOL. Not sure to be honest mate. That stretch of road is for buses and taxi's only so I don't go down there very much.
