I'm based in the midlands and was introduced to this site by a good mate...

I've never really appreciated Skodas and so I thought it was time to get on here to begin my education into the finer points of ownership...who knows I may become a proud owner in the future.

Hope to find my way around this site pretty quickly and I apologise now if I ask any stupid questions.

Ermm ... I'm ashamed to admit that i've always looked down on skodas :( and my mate has raved about this site so why not start here?

I'm sure that if I dig deep enough I will find some wit on here at some point

Thanks Emily-Elizabeth.... I'm hoping my little car keeps going for a while yet...

I am most definately female and these poor over excited guys will soon get bored and move on to pastures greener.

Hopefully I can expand my automotive knowledge base besides being educated about Skodas. If I can get into cars then it'll keep me away from the bikes hopefully.

And seriously, if you have car issues, we can't guarantee model-specifics, but we'll try and help with generalities.

As for help with my car.... think it's beyond help and modding. Keeping it running is much more of a challenge. I'm just after learning what I can either about Skodas or cars in general. General seems like just the right level for me.

I'm a wanna be biker.. been making do with pedal power for years. :( I will eventually make the transistion tho.
