Yes 180 bhp is a remap as obviously to get this that car was indeed remapped.

Bryand proved to us all, with a picture, of his Fabia, with NOBODY in the car, a full tank of Diesel.

On the weighbridge at 1320KG. Since he decided to leave the forum, he took the picture down.

In actual fact Jasc, they remap to around 165 bhp, which is what I think andy was mentioning. Certain places claimed 180-190, but it never happened on the accurate rolling roads.

I'd imagine your car to be around 165 with your modifications definately no more on JKM's RR, Marlins or Awesomes. (The accurate ones )

Devonutopia's car has around 260 + bhp, and that circles around the 7 second barrier to 60. So... one running 165 isn't likely.

Okay cokey. We will have to agree to disagree on the 0-100 front as you know everything and everyone else knows nothing. I have a video on my digi camera of 0-100 mph at 18secs and this is verified by the GPS also but nevermind

anyway, once you've gotten into stuff like changing the turbo, fitting an FMIC etc, you wouldn't refer to the car as being simply remapped. looking at RR days, Fabia's with a remap tend to see 160's 170's

a standard fabia doesn't do a sub 7 second 60 i'd be amazed to see one do a sub 8 tbh as i think they will be more like 8.5-8.7

and a remap on a fabia will never get you to 180bhp

Outside opinion.............. fabia vrs with a re-map cant see 180bhp at the flywheel....... end of.

please do a search and see what everyone else is getting with a simple remap or tuning box from many different suppliers, also try doing a search to see what times people have got at official timed events like trax and how people have done track to see real world driving not just 0-60
