Brand new 2025 Superb Estate - air conditioning not working and apparently leaking
My second (new) Yeti lost its Air Con coolant after a stone shot through the air con radiator. After replacement I made and fitted a mesh screen to give some measure of protection.

MFD (Multifunction Display) not displaying
I don't consider this car has a history of 'bad luck' by any means! I put diesel in the tank and that issue was quickly resolved: caused by my inattention nothing to do with the car.

MFD (Multifunction Display) not displaying
Uneventful trip to the local health centre and back home, on arriving home there was no info in the MFD but there had been on the outward trip. Is it something that just needs resetting or is it a dealer job?

MFD (Multifunction Display) not displaying
Uneventful drive to my local health centre and back. On arriving home I was about to get out of the car when I noticed the MFD was not displaying anything, any ideas why? It was fine when I went out.

HELP! I put diesel in my petrol mk.4 Fabia SEL 1L
I am not in the habit of forcing mechanical bits, in fact with apprentices it was one of those things along with safety that I uttered until they understood, Don't Force Things if you have to there is probably something wrong.

HELP! I put diesel in my petrol mk.4 Fabia SEL 1L
Super service, drained the tank flushed. put in a couple of gallons checked the fuel line which was good and clean. I refilled the tank with petrol and drove home he followed me until I turned off. A load off my mind. Worth another mention if I may, www.wrongfuelassistence.net 07456 229 071 If I had, had trouble I would have been alerted! but it just went in as normal. Perhaps Skoda opted for a universal fuel tank neck?? The Garage is an ESSO station, the Diesel came from a Supreme pump.

Heated windscreen - Can you see the wires?
Heated screens have come on leaps and bounds, my first heated screen (I think) had two wires, and the first time I drove the car at night it showed delamination areas, not visible in daylight! The screen was changed without a quibble.

Excessive internal windscreen condensation

how did you make your dashcam installation?
My last couple of cars I used an OBD cable of the type that can be switched, which in my opinion makes a fuss free installation but you must make up your own mind as others say it should not be used?

Windscreen washer not working - wipers do but water does not come through Skoda Karoq 2018 automatic
I had a similar problem and drained the reservoir then refilled it with hand hot water then bled it through after letting it stand for a few minutes. after I got it clear I was recommended VW own washer fluid and I had no further trouble. The problem apparently was "curds" (you tell me!)

Skoda Rapid 1.2 Tsi 2015 hot engine start problem after a road trip
I had a problem with the fuel tank cap on one car I owned, removing the cap caused a little sigh as air rushed in! the car was fine afterwards. Don't forget to replace the cap. On my Ford Focus the problem was again a fuel cap but this one left me crossing a roundabout with my caravan it took a long time to sort out, finally by a car tech reading all the alerts put out by Ford over several years! the car was fine towing and cruising just idling under some circumstances the engine would stop, by the time a breakdown van arrived the engine would restart and no fault recorded.

Using a phone
Don't do what the bloke behind me was doing, looking toward the roof lining talking, instead of eyes on the road !

Timing belt replacement.
I watched a local garage use the 'easy method' this is for interest only I do not recommend it.

I would take someone to watch the fuel gauge while you add fuel, pause, add fuel.
