Squeaky mirrors
Mine do this too. Getting better as the weather warms up though.

PHEV or 2.0TDI 193
I have a 1.5 e-tec after my last 2 being a 200tdi and a 190tsi. I don't feel the 1.5 is in any meaningful way slower in everyday driving. It is however a little bit shouty if you make it work hard. Refined in everday tootling though. Not once have I thought the 1.5 was underpowered despite lacking the extra power of the others. The dsg box compensates well.

Road noise
Pretty much as you'd expect really. Wouldn't think there are many modern cars that differ much from the norm.

Rejecting My IV
I have a mk2. It's great. No issues, no problems and far better interior than the mk1. So glad I swapped.

Pulling USB cable from USB-C port to screen
I'm sorry, things might be different in your country but WHY do you need to see your phone whilst driving???????

Auto start stop off button doesnt work
It's on the touchscreen. No physical button.

Front Assist Sensitivity?
I was looking the other day if I could adjust mine and failed. It's not there.

Tow bar/bike rack/train weight....
It was rumoured Skoda might not put a towing weight unless prep was spec'd at point of order but I don't think they ever actually did this unless someone knows for fact that's not right. There was an early model that wasn't homologated to tow but that's it. All mk 2 come with towbar prep as standard.

Kodiaq eTech mk2 towbar
Maybe not quite twice the price but close, I think my bar was £700 and factory fit is a snip at £1370!!!! Bar has warranty and it's unlikely to cause any problems anywhere else. I can put up with reverse sensor issues for £700 oops sorry £670. It will also get coded when they crack the software.

Auto start stop off button doesnt work
No idea. Never felt the need to turn it off. My wife hates it I don't have a problem with it.

Kodiaq eTech mk2 towbar
Ive had my mk2 since the end of August. I had my detachable towbar fitted the first week I owned it. ALL mk2 come with towbar prep as standard. I was told by the fitter that they wouldn't be able to fully code the bar before they started. I was ok with this as I needed the bar fitted. Only problem day to day is rear sensors active when towing so if you reverse they go off. Not a problem as I try my best not to reverse when towing as I can't do it. 🤫 I think it cost around £650ish fitted by North West Towbars. 3rd one i've had done there and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had factory fit on my first Kodiaq but wouldn't spec one again. Twice the price and I don't like the way the ball sits in all the 💩 kicked up at the back. However, either me or my car are odd because apart from squeeky folding mirrors my car has been great and even shows satnav maps on the cockpit display.

Dash option Map view - no starting
My maps load up just fine. However, like Plobber I use google maps so they're pointless.

Rejecting My IV
I think you should get a job at VAG towers and show them how to do it. They obviously don't have a clue whereas you plainly know it all.

Show us your Kodiaq Mk11
Ah, Dutch car so different spec levels. Mine is a UK SE L and it's not standard.

Show us your Kodiaq Mk11
You have the silver bits in the front grille does that mean you have the leds in the grille? I don't have silver bits on mine.

Auto emergency stop for no reason?
Very true, there is nothing you can do to prevent an accident. Hence, the Police now call them road traffic COLLISIONS.
-
Auto emergency stop for no reason?
I have also noticed my mk2 is considerably more likely to warn than any of my mk1s were and it has slapped on once. If it's thinking you're about to crash there's no point in tickling the brake I suppose.

Just placed an order for one
Enjoy. Loving mine.

2024 se-L VC stuck on ‘Starting map view’
Am I the only one with maps on the VC? And I don't want or need them as the VAG satnav is pants.

2024 se-L VC stuck on ‘Starting map view’
Mine works perfectly. How can that be so? I'm not being clever but my SE L loads the map in VC no problem. I don't use it because it's pants but I could.

Brand new Kodiaq phev and no mp on dash
I agree it's a problem that shouldn't be there (it's not on my mild hybrid) but I'm amazed how many use the onboard satnav.

Trained Parking
Forget that i've googled it. Anyone that needs that shouldn't be driving. It's getting silly now.

Trained Parking
Trained parking? Is that really what it's called? Same as park assist or more?
- Kodiaq 2024 - what long codes are known? (OBD11 ?? PHEV ??)
