Headlight cover seems fine, but can't seem well how much smoke the projector has on it, I think I would insist on the bulbs, How many years are they on installed?

Don't remember if it is possible or there is the appropriate space to take apart projectors from headlights then the cleaning will be easier? I will have to find time to disassemble mine to verify..

Try to change the bulbs with a new set and or your headlights might need internal lenses /projectors cleaning like mines need and which in going to have it done in the next days. I believe you'll then notice a big improvement. Can you show a picture of your headlights to see what's the condition?

Yes but need to be aware how to handle the bulb in the housing . In an average of 10 years, the bulbs would be good to be replaced both, they may tend to fade in years use especially in UK that they are used all the time. Perhaps replacing and fitting a decent Philips /Osram set could make things much better.

In any case that no any wheel may have no bearing issues, i would guess issues with bearings in the gearbox/transmission. Exactly same situation faced in a VW Caddy, when speeding up the continuous noise was growing annoyingly and sounded exactly under the car, not tyres rolling.

What about putting first any other gear (1,3)and then try sliding the R (without leaving clutch)?

What about inserting a micro fiber towel and going round and round, wouldn't remove the dirt normally?

Aaaaaaa.... Right now I see how it was and what should be after cleaning... So mines seem to be a bit milky too, and noticed with other same age cars the difference..

How they seem really dirty, can it be seen outside the headlights really? My 2009 can't understand wether it is dirty or not, as the outside part is crystal clear... What a dirty projector could seem?

As regarding misfiring, what type of fuel you're using, have you tried a richer one? I've heard this can improve related things (and not only)

A decent ECU remap, cool packs and sparks and an K&N / JR air filter could easily receive at least 80+

You just use a long pliers and grab it firmly, swivel it and pull at the same time. It needs some quite force if you remove it for the first time.

I have 173k (km) and still no plugs replaced... How would I notice any possible mulfunction or the need of putting new (all 4?) ? Is been some time when pressing hard accelerator, it has plenty of power to give but it shows some small cuts in that progressive power giving?

Yes if other switches ok,then the most obviously is driver's switch at fault..

The same has started doing with my car, It's been some days now but it doesn't do everyday. Once it happens to hear then maybe after 2,3,4 days can repeat it. I surely source the noise coming from the glove box compartment area, but can't find what the _@ck is causing it. It reduces when climate works due to the revs being a bit higher on iddle (compressor operation). Have not connected any VCDS yet, I assume a relay base could have start playing? Does that area have a relay compartment to check it out if all OK in there?

I will agree with Phil, I'm 170k (km) just the rattle I'm listening only if I leave car for over 3 days not worked as oil drains from the head. Otherwise not an issue. I had a turbo waste gate actuator failed at 80k but I managed to have it fixed in a specialist garage which it seems it still lasts. Also a noisy water pump to be replaced last year. Not any issues with oil as keep changing it sooner than Skoda indicates. A good engine with a decent Mpg. Generally pleased.

Are you sure it drained battery? Given the MY of your car, it should have the Getaway module which does not carry this issue..

Basically it would be best to have car scanned for codes to identify better. You may have another different issue happened..
