  1. Below 3000k is "warm white" - more than 5000k is "cool white".
  2. Check for servicing on time. Engine can be variable, DSG - every 40k, Haldex - 40k. Check / ask if diesel fix was applied and when - extra 2 years warranty on engine / DPF / EGR related parts.

  7. I'll stick to the chip much safer - ECU still have 100% control and is removable Of course, I get that proper remap on the rolling road is the best option - but what is the real difference between generic remap and chip? What is the difference between: read sensor -> modify -> feed ECU ECU reads sensor -> use different than stock value if in both cases x -> y? The only difference is at which point x become y...

  11. Mine came with goo kit - but dealer let me swap it with steel spare from Seat Leon FR I've left as part-ex
  12. I have chip from DTUK - almost from new, installed at about 5k - done about 30k miles and no problems at all - no need to switch to "S" If you don't do proper remap - on a rolling road - then chip is the same as generic remap - but chip is removable and transferable between cars - with the same engine of course or can be reprogrammed. Chip/remap is a must completely transfers the car from big sluggish brick to feisty coupe and better fuel economy
  13. @3T51704x4 Is it worth to pay more - or won't make a difference in UK-Manchester weather?
  14. Is it cheaper or more expensive version? My mechanic said that more expensive one have extra ring or something, that restrict water flow when engine is cold - "electric" version??
  15. @3T51704x4 Which version of the pump have you bought?
  16. It is just a strip of leds turning on in sequence - doesn't have to be "integrated" in any way with car's electrical nor control systems.
  17. @ShaunBillBrown Check if yours been "diesel fixed"? If not then maybe you can do it and then report it for free EGR replacement?
