  1. I would suggest it would be pretty obvious as to whats included in a sale, ie door complete or not....
  2. the seat belt pre tensioners and the airbags are all part of the SRS system. A fault in the pre tensioners will illuminate the airbag light, and yes the airbag controller will log a fault, BUT airbag faults are latched faults and even if the fault is no longer present it needs resetting with diagnostic equipment. I would be tempted to def check the conditon / connection of the underseat plug and then get the garage to see if the fault clears, if they are not willing to try that, then to be honest I would be going elsewhere.
  3. the longest part of the job will be swapping the wiring over. As long as you buy like for like, then the whole job should be around 2 - 3 hours "imo" its easier to leave the hinges on the car, as you can get straight on access to the hinge bolts on the door when the door is shut or nearly shut
  4. dont know why you have asked about EGR, both those codes have nothing to do with it. They are pointing towards :-- Wiring and or plug to throttle body faulty. Throttle body itself faulty.
  5. thats not the fault code, that just means there is one in that module.
  6. Yes offcourse you could use the existing wiring loom. The check strap bolt is M10 spline or XZN as you know it.
  7. looks like it will..................but................"imo" do you expect it to be any good with all those features but only costs £86
  8. what are the faults listed under 9, 17 and 19
  9. stickers..............easy https://skoda.7zap.com/en/cz/fabia/fab/2014-697/8/853-853000/ (no 12) Seat heating............. "probably" needs a new heater mat in the cushion..... https://skoda.7zap.com/en/cz/fabia/fab/2013-697/9/963-963000/#1 (no 1) Brake discs...............dunno, not worth it "imo". PS like the red roof, is that painted or wrapped ?
  10. agreed a Dealer as with a user with VCDS should be able to re-code pretty easily and remove all the un-wanted stuff and the errors.
  11. surely if the cable was damaged it would show a constant "error" as opposed to an intermittent one,

As I suspected address 13 is why its looking for ACC and that would probably be tied into 44 and 10 as well.
  14. mmmm interesting..........who knows.......Without seeing the "actual" SKF part its hard to say. Personally and I know its painful due to cost, but with stuff like this I always buy genuine because it works out the box.
  15. not for sure................ If you need / want a genuine hub, one here cheap.......I don't know the OEM manufacturer otherwise it would be easier to source the same part cheaper...........it "may" be SKF (see below) https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-Polo-Audi-A1-Front-Wheel-Hub-with-Bearing-72mm-6R0407621A-New-Genuine-part/114643147506?hash=item1ab1439af2:g:ajwAAOSwJk1gCeJE Or this I would have faith in being SKF.... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SKF-FRONT-WHEEL-BEARING-KIT-SEAT-AUDI-VW-SKODA-OEM-VKBA3569-6R0407621A/264685108160?epid=1563460430&hash=item3da0763bc0:g:-oEAAOSwDDdeg35x
  16. to be fair, if the new replacement hub is faulty, return it.
  17. I had this on mine (droning) so as a matter offcourse replaced as you did both rear wheel bearings as it sounded like that from previous experience........., made it "better" but not perfect. Anway tracked it down to the continental tyres in the end. You could try swapping front and rear wheels and see if that helps / changes the sound and maybe narrows it down. REF ABS fault, unfortunately there is far to many aftermarket hubs for ALL makes of cars and many of them simply do not work as advertised. Messing with the sensor probably won't do much, the fault will be latched and most likely needs A) plugging in to see what the fault is and b) clearing it if its not a current fault.
  18. Can you scan the "whole" car, and post it here so we can see it ? ACC is module 13, just wondering what appears on a vehicle scan PS you def would not be able to retrofit anyway and there is "nothing" in the car already.
  19. first 2 relate to the HVAC ECU, specifically the motor which operates the recirc flap is intemittent in operation. 1596, if it works OK the code should clear. 65535 can appear anytime, even scanning the car can cause it, that should clear no issue, its an issue when related to "important" stuff like airbags and ABS etc. 1598 - drive battery voltage is saying the battery is low or no good. Worth checking ALL connections at the battery and the main terminals are clean and tight.
  20. if its hard to close, the catch is not inline with "your" vehicle.
  21. does not look to far out to me either, the only "issue" I see is the shut line next to the drivers wing. You "should" be able to shift the bonnet across on the hinges........however.......... Did you swap the bonnet latch over ? if you did, this will be the main determining factor as it "has" to latch closed. See if there is any adjustment to the passenger side on the bonnet catch.
  22. there is LOADS of cheapies on ebay............not sure where your looking... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Front-Left-Door-Lock-Actuator-For-Seat-Skoda-VW-Solenoid-Locking-Relay/112084363823?hash=item1a18bfaa2f:g:myUAAOSw-WdfvOyr
  23. there is 6 part numbers there.....not 3 though.
