  1. Screen out then climate panel pulls out with no tools.
  2. I am able to fit colour changing floor lighting. That is a clients car, mine is being pulled apart to fit tomorrow. Pics and info to come.
  3. If you don’t find someone local and you are ever my way let me know and we can work something out I’m sure
  4. Drop me a pm anytime and we can work something out
  5. Yeah it was. Was £81 for the front mats, rear mats and transmission tunnel mat. See you are local to me so if you want any coding doing or anything like that or want to say Hi, please let me know
  6. It slides the seat back when you open the driver door and brings it back when you close it. 30 colour palette
  7. I got these from my local dealer as they were in stock
  8. You will indeed have an MY18 car. I can only confirm that TSR coding wouldn’t need access to multifunction module 4B, as I don’t have an older Hex CAN cable, I couldn’t advise on the suitability of the cable for newer cars. Not sure where you are but I’m in North Wales and I can add it for sure as well as some other goodies such as comfort entry, 30 colour lighting etc.
  9. TSR shouldn’t need coding in 4B which is the multi function module and if you have ambient lighting on your screens and an all glass radio screen you have an MY18 car which has 4B. TSR coding is in 17, 5F and A5 only. HBA is in 4B.
  10. The basic settings need doing. It’s not a dealer only fix as such but that’s a mighty new seat controller for a 2016, my 2020 has an earlier one. I wonder if it’s been replaced and the basic settings not done?
  11. On my car I can’t set a custom view but then again, my VC and other electrical items are playing up 🤷‍♀️
  12. I didn’t put it in on my vRS when I did the VC and now I have it on the Superb I hardly ever use it as I prefer to customise the information shown. I wish they would allow users to get custom views to a memory.
  13. This has happened to mine too, no fix yet but I’ll keep badgering my dealer if you do and we’ll see if we can get one sorted
  14. About £1000 in used parts and 10 hours fit time but it can be done
  15. What is this sorcery??? Never seen one with this before and could really do with it!
  16. Mk4 gripes included but weren’t limited to the buggy and laggy MIB3 (though you get that on the 2021 Superb as well, my 2020 Facelift non iV has the MIB2.5 which has been flawless), the quality of the plastics and fit and finish was noticeably poorer than my Mk3, the seat fabric felt cheap and marked easily, no vRS logo’s on the rear seats which looks cheap too, no option to upgrade seats yet to half leather to combat that (though it doesn’t help the cheap plastics, especially in the rear), very little extra space inside over the Mk3, no interesting colours (now we have Mamba Green though so that’s something) and the biggest issue is that the spec needs too many options for me to consider a worthy alternative to my Mk3. The Superb also needed a spec bump but at 14 months old and 6500 miles it had lost £15.5k so it made sense for me to get a nearly new one with the options I wanted as brand new even with discounts was far too much £.
  17. I’ve made the swap from Mk3 Octy to Mk3 Superb and have tried but was utterly deflated by the Mk4 Octy. The extra space, spec, quality and having a tried and tested platform in a world of gripes with early MQBEvo cars all conspired to put me in the Superb. Mine is a 190 diesel and I found it felt much stronger than the 190 petrol which wouldn’t usually put me off but the Gen 3 EA888 190 runs the IS12 and higher compression ratio than the older cars so may not be as good a candidate for tuning. That’s a moot point if you a leasing of course, so if the performance is a key factor, another car from the VAG group could be more suitable as they seem totally against the idea of selling you a fast Skoda.
  18. 2 ways to do it; either new mirror base and tap into the door light feed or replace the door controllers for Highline ones and add the wiring and code. If you are going to that trouble though, may as well go the whole hog and do the folding mirrors as they all come with puddle lights.
  19. You can have my estate VIN if that helps? Has factory virtual pedal.
  20. Thanks! I’ll never tire of the colour, people stop and talk to me about it in the street! Thanks
  21. Spliced into the good side, ran wiring to the other side and used new pins to plug into the wiring on that side so the signal was mirrored on each side of the car.
  22. It’s sort of yellow. VW call it Lime Yellow, Skoda call it Dragon Green.
