  1. It's actually 66 sizes, not 107 sizes as shown below. However, the CrossClimate 2 is often available in more than one version of each size such as different speed ratings and load indexes making a total of 107 different versions: 15" Michelin CrossClimate 2 (7 Sizes) 175/65 185/60 185/65 195/55 195/60 195/65 205/60 16" Michelin CrossClimate 2 (18 Sizes) 185/50 185/55 195/45 195/50 195/55 195/60 195/65 205/45 205/50 205/55 205/60 215/45 215/55 215/60 215/65 225/50 225/55 225/60 17" Michelin CrossClimate 2 (16 Sizes) 205/45 205/50 205/55 215/40 215/45 215/50 215/55 215/60 215/65 225/45 225/50 225/55 225/60 235/45 235/55 245/45 18" Michelin CrossClimate 2 (12 Sizes) 215/40 225/40 225/45 235/40 235/45 235/50 235/55 235/60 245/40 245/45 255/45 265/35 19" Michelin CrossClimate 2 (11 Sizes) 205/55 225/40 235/40 235/45 235/50 235/55 245/35 245/40 245/45 255/35 255/40 20" Michelin CrossClimate 2 (2 Sizes) 195/55 275/45

  8. The quality of Bilstein B4 should be as good as OEM as they are fitted as standard to some cars. However, an aftermarket Bilstein B4 is made to replace many models so may not be exactly the same specification as the original one. I suspect some other makes would also be OEM quality, such as KYB, Optimal, Sachs. KYB, Optimal, Sachs https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/oem/5q0413023fh?search=OEN+5Q0413023FH&tduid=5aaf8162f465c2bb2a0fcbb5cced2565&supplier[0]=32&supplier[1]=85&supplier[2]=129
  9. These three Bilstein shock absorbers (two B4 and one B6) are sold to replace 5Q0413023FH but not 5Q0413023FM or 5Q0413023FN. https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/oem/5q0413023fh?search=OEN+5Q0413023FH&supplier[0]=16 However, KYB like the Sachs does sell a shock absorber that they sell to replace all three of those OEM part numbers and many other numbers too. KYB Front Shock Absorber https://www.autodoc.co.uk/kyb/14763810 It might be possible for the 5Q0413023FM and 5Q0413023FN to physically bolt on, but whether they would have the ideal damping characteristics or even the right compressed and uncompressed lengths...I don't know. I would want to know what springs these shock absorbers are made for. Are they sports/lowered ride height springs, standard springs, off-road/increased ride height springs? Maybe there's a reason Bilstein isn't selling a shock absorber to replace all three of those OEM part numbers, or it could just be an oversight on Bilstein's part.
  10. Might be ideal for winter tyres.
  11. SACHS 315 910 is sold to replace all of these OEM part numbers: Note that 5Q0413023FM and 5Q0413023FN are Seat OEM part numbers, not Skoda OEM part numbers. 12. That guide doesn't seem right. Maybe use Skoda's recommended tyre pressures instead.
  13. Have you got 288mm or 312mm diameter front brake discs? The 312mm diameter brake discs on the Octavia MK3 is a TRW system not an ATE system. If you need even more ride height, changing 195/65R15 or 205/55R16 tyres to 205/70R15 or 215/60R16 should gain a further 15mm. The 205/70R15 size is particularly useful if All-Terrain tyres (good in mud) are needed, such as Bridgestone A/T. 16. The front springs on a 2014 Octavia MK3 Estate will vary depending on what engine and gearbox is fitted. For example, a 2.0TDI with DSG will have stiffer front springs than a 1.4TSI with manual gearbox as the weight of the former is quite a bit heavier than the weight of the latter.

I would place the Vredestein Quatrac 6 in 1st place. The Vredestein was unfairly downgraded from 1st place to 2nd place by pretending that the Vredestein is more expensive than the Goodyear, when in fact the Vredestein is usually cheaper than the Goodyear. For example, on camskill in size 215/60R16 the Vredestein is currently listed at £82.05 whereas the Goodyear is listed at a far more expensive £113.90 215/60R16 All-Season Tyres https://www.camskill.co.uk/m139b0s8007p0/All_Season_-_Four_Season_-_All_Weather_-_Car_MPV_Tyres_-_16_inch_R16_inch_-_215_60_16_215_60R16

  24. There can be big savings on the 195/65R15 size over the 205/55R16 size when it comes to winter tyres. Some insurance companies don't charge extra, because a narrower tyre doesn't increase performance.
