Vredestein are gradually replacing the Quatrac 5 with the Quatrac. The Quatrac now doesn't have a number, although I have noticed at least one online tyre seller incorrectly calling it the Quatrac 6. The replacement started last year and was due to finish this year. 15" sizes seem to have now gone over to the new Quatrac, but 14" sizes are still available in the old Quatrac 5 model.

If the rim is buckled, then no amount of wheel balancing weights will stop the vibration. Try a tyre fitter that can measure the rim runout (both vertical and horizontal/lateral) with the tyre off the rim (or maybe they can measure the rim runout with the tyre still fitted to the rim). The difference seems far too much as the 125/70R18 will be rotating much faster than the other three tyres. Maybe use a 135/80R18 which has a 673.2mm outside diameter.
