  1. I didn't say you need to buy it. I have just put the info here in case someone want's to buy it and don't want to wait for the new one to arrive (if it ever will).
  2. In google maps over apple car play you just touch the map somewhere on the top and a menu bar dops down. There you have search option on the left and stop navigation on the right (if navigation is active). Could be something similar on android auto.
  3. For all that are interested. I asked skoda-parts.com about their engine cover which they have in offer for the 2.0 TSI engines. Their final reply: "I've dig some more, and the first part was 06Q103925, then 06Q103925K, both are affected and cannot be used. The "L" revision is the one which is current and safe." Part number 06Q 103 925 L https://www.skoda-parts.com/spare-part/06q103925l-top-engine-cover-skoda-45757.html
  4. If you are interested. I got confirmation from skoda-parts.com that this is indeed the newest version of the engine cover for the 2.0 TSI engines. Part number 06Q 103 925 L https://www.skoda-parts.com/spare-part/06q103925l-top-engine-cover-skoda-45757.html Their final reply: "I've dig some more, and the first part was 06Q103925, then 06Q103925K, both are affected and cannot be used. The "L" revision is the one which is current and safe."
  5. VC with the layout as on your top picture is only available from the model year 2023 onward.
  6. I don't have this information. On the service report all it was written was "vaq diff oil change"
  7. Looks like a correct part number. It matches with this one https://www.skoda-parts.com/spare-part/06j103226a-push-on-connector-skoda-37552.html
  8. In the digital cluster. Maybe not the best choice with the wording "gauge". Sorry about that.
  9. Wouldn't the temperature gauge for the gearbox rise if that would be the case? I have never noticed any extensive temp rises of the gearbox when stationary having it in D.
  10. You are saying we should put the DSG in N while waiting for a green light for example?
  11. I don't have a manual but I would say the hand brake works the same. When you release the hand brake, hill hold kicks in. And at that time you start reversing.
  12. @AlfonsM you are right. Incoming call is always shown in the VC even if you don't have telephone selected.
  13. Try removing the front license plate and check if the error remains. It can happen that license plate is mounted too high and interferes with parking sensors.
  14. I'm sure it is possible. But then you will have a whole vertical part of the flap in contact with the bumper and even bigger chance for scratches. In any case I think the solution would be to remove those small bumps and to put something soft in between the flap and the bumper. Like a strip of self adhesive foam or rubber. But there is still chance some dirt or stones will come in between.
  15. Just a note to all mud flaps users. I just removed the flaps yesterday after the winter and I noticed there are marks/scratches on the rear bumper on the vertical line where flap touches the bumper. There are small bumps on the flaps which prevent that flap is in contact with the bumper in full length, but exactly those small bumps caused those marks/scratches. On two points it looks like the paint is scratched off completely to the black plastic.
  16. They don't look any cheaper than ones from the dealer. 🤔
  17. Thanks guys. Will show this thread to the dealer. 😁
  18. Thanks to admins for making a separate thread. Makes more sense now. Sorry for not doing it from the start. 😇
  19. I have red your message again. Can you also confirm or deny if coasting is working also in Normal mode in your car?
  20. Thanks @Jamster330 Appreciated! 🥰 Mine is the same year and month as yours. Could be this was somehow changed with the later models? 🤔
  21. Hi all, Didn't find any other suitable thread so I'll ask here. Can someone with DQ381 gearbox confirm in which driving modes "coasting" is engaged? I'm currently experiencing some issues with the DSG and coasting isn't engaged in any of the modes. I'm 100% sure it was engaged in ECO, COMFORT and NORMAL mode when it worked. But the dealer today tried to convince me I'm being "stupid" and it is engaged only in ECO mode. I need someone to confirm my claim so I'll know I'm not going crazy.
