vRS Owners, cars with a VAQ front diff, a question on the servicing and what you are being told at Skoda Main Dealerships?
Hi, I can report that my VAQ diff oil was changed together with the regular service at 45 000 km and car being 2y 2m old. They charged me 69.30 EUR. They didn't change the brake fluid tough.

Moisture in backup camera
Maybe it will go away the same way as the condensation in the headlights go away?

Air con service at 2 years?
I just had my 3rd service at 45 000 km (car being at this time 2y and 2m old) on my RS TSI and the garage has changed the oil in my VAQ diff, but they didn't change the brake fluid (although they said they will at first, when I dropped off the car). Forgot to ask why have they changed their mind.

Petrol gauge
The tick sign is actually an arrow which indicates on which side of the car you have the filling opening. When petrol falls to the last line, it changes to red and you get a warning for low fuel. At that point you still have a minimum of 5 liters of patrol in your tank. This is usually enough for 50 to 100 km depending on your consumption. If you are worried about the range that you can drive with he current amount of fuel in your tank, you can change your display info in one of your round dials. So instead of displaying the current clock (it looks like the clock in your last image), you can display "Range left" Like here in my picture.

Dsg box
Why just not turning off the car? It will automatically put car in P and apply parking brake. I would still recommend doing the longer version as described by @TomTom88. So all the weight is carried by the parking brake and not the transmission (if car is parked on a slope)

Dsg box
I'm doing the same.

Warning Triangles
@Ollies2 Looks like this is as per owners manual. Estate and hatchback have different position for storage of the warning triangle. Left estate, right hatchback.

OTA Update Issues
It's 99% it came already from the factory. It's not yet very common for major updates to come over the air.

Why not?

Thanks for the link Mario.

vRS front mud guards - drilling really required?
Have them on for the third winter already and no need for drilling in the front. Drive mostly on the highway and no issues. At the back I would recommend to install those clips since otherwise (in my opinion) flaps are too lose. You just clip the clips to the liner and align them with one of the holes on the flap and then you put the screw through and tighten it.

vRS Engine Cover Recall
It's an aftermarket air intake from Racingline Performance. https://www.racingline.com/air-intake-r600-r600evo

Disable wireless charger?
Is this a joke? 😁 Maybe I don't quite get it since I'm not British? 😂

vRS Engine Cover Recall
Looks like in NZ they still have the gen3 engines. Like for example in the South Africa. Here is the comment from Racingline Performance from Facebook discussing about differences between gen3 and gen4 engines.

vRS Engine Cover Recall
Nice catch Mario. It looks like also some other bits and pieces are positioned different. This is EU version of the engine for comparison.

Disable wireless charger?
You also have two USB C ports beside wireless charger.

Does the Mk4 come with one of these?
Yes, mine has it.

Any way to carry items in Octavia Estate without warning lights and beeps?
Even with the raised floor, you don't get a flat surface. Because the back seats don't fold flat. And correct, you can't fold/remove the back seat squabs.

OTA Update Issues
It indeed could be connected to the language. For example voice commands also don't work with Slovenian language. I know OTAs and voice commands are completely different things, just gave an example. I have set my language to English from the first day so I can't really give you any feedback on that unfortunately.

Any way to carry items in Octavia Estate without warning lights and beeps?
Strange that your sensors are triggered. I did drive the factory VRS 19 inch wheels with tires in the back with seats folded and 2 tires (I think one wheel + tire is over 30 kg) laying on the back rests. No warning or anything.

AC issues
Hi. Happened to me a few times in the last month or two. I have an annual service in a week or two and I'll ask them to check.

Mk3 Gemini Alloys on mk4
mk3 alloys have different specs than mk4. They will be positioned more toward shocks.
