  1. Have you checked the pressure sensor isn't getting blocked? 0 pressure could indicate a hole in the hose, duff sensor maybe
  2. You can't clean the ash. You need to replace or professionally clean.
  3. Is the used flywheel any good? And how much surface was removed? From the same engine and model? I wish I was there to help you inspect everything.
  4. Everything you have mentioned previously seems to be correct, have we also went through the centre plate being backwards?
  5. Does the bolt on the fork just screw into a hole in the rod? Are there bushings missing from the rod?
  6. The sleeve in which the release bearing slides on also looks damaged?
  7. Can you adjust the fork? Looks misaligned on photo but it's hard to tell.
  8. The ash is the one to look for. Once it gets up the dpf needs to regen more often
  9. The signal from the ECU to the fan is not working or you have bad wire to the fan. You have changed the switch and thermostat yes? So must be wiring or fan or ecu. Have you bled the coolant system properly?
  10. No, any capable person can do it with the right equipment.
  11. No, you won't be able to update it without suitable equipment

  13. Usually yes, did you follow the recommendation in the Skoda service manual? But it could be down to variable camshaft problems etc.
  14. Thanks I'll check that out, not sure if mine has ever been to a dealer so probably not a single update with anything Mine even does it in 2nd
  15. I'm planning a trip to factory so might stop off at shop 😁
  16. As far as I know the little o ring does the anti drain part. With it being an old engine maybe the oil pump is a bit weak on cold start up, is it better with warm engine?
  17. I have had a problem before with one but it came up low oil pressure. Did you replace both the o rings? Have you had camshaft checked out?
  18. Have you checked the front tyre pressures?
