Are they NGK? Did you check the manual?

Steering engine vibration
Piston heads can't even get the data right, wouldn't go on their review. It's a sport hatch so it's going to have some nvh

Drivegreen/Greenscore question
Don't think I've ever had less than 85 on my 1.5 TSI and I'm sure it went down to 31 mpg sat in traffic haven't been on a long run yet to test it fully.

Home Front Wheel Alignment
You can do DIY but just keep an eye on the tyres. If it's wearing the inner then screw the rack out of the tie rod and vice versa
-
Front Wishbones bushes separated
If the dealer did the wheel alignment then you should not have to pay again after fitting new parts. You can change the bushes only which imo is a better option as aftermarket arms puts the geometry out.

HELP - N80 Purge Valve
Nearly every one I have in has a split hose. If you remove the engine cover then where the hose is in a clip on the timing belt cover gently wiggle the pipe and you might see the corrugated hose split. Other things can be over filling the tank causing the canister to become filled with fuel and also the fuel cap seal not sealing correctly. The hoses are around £137 as they contain sensors etc.

Hi all on my 4th Octavia 👋👋
What are you not happy about?

STIFF/SNATCHY REV MANUAL GEAR
You should shift to neutral and wait 2-3 seconds before engaging reverse, technical note from Skoda, the shaft takes time to slow down. Always worth adjusting the gear cables too since you had a new box, easy enough to do.

Doing own service!
I'd be a lot more concerned about the transmission service on the vehicle than anything on a vehicle that old.

Leasing fluid
AC drain is usually in that area, if all your levels under the bonnet are good then I wouldn't worry about it 👌

Doing own service!
I would stay away from ridex tbh, stick to something like mann, mahle, Bosch etc something you have hears of for a while. Most of the aftermarket say they are OEM and ok to use for warranty but I wouldn't trust them. The dealer oil filter is only around 6 or 7 quid max so no reason to go for a cheaper one imo. Vag have used different manufacturers for a while, Bosch, mahle, mann, hengst, fram etc.

A/C not so cold.
Yes if you have a drive mode button and put it onto individual you can set air con to normal or eco. Also the plug A on the condenser can be faulty from factory so there is and update for plug and seals.

MySkoda App.
Go to settings and click wlan and set up a network, you can use your phone as a hotspot but might need to manually add the settings.

Superb III Sportline - Mission Impossible Spec
Mine are peeling slightly, just going to leave them for the time being no issues yet. What sort of noise do they make?

Spark Plugs
You may not need it, I did mine few weeks ago they came straight out.

New clutch slipping
Are you sure the new parts are correct and any chance you have put the friction disc in the wrong way?

Road Noise
I'm thinking of removing the arch liners and fitting some dodomat to the underwing areas to see if it helps at all.
