Found this thread when doing a google, might try the seat all the way forward and up etc tomorrow

I press Set and then a number hear a boing but then pushing the buttons it moves the seat each time to where it would be when opening the car Driving me crazy why it’s doing it

I sat in the car, locked it and then unlocked with the seat raising whilst I sat in it

This is wha I am thinking of doing but I only have the PCP on the car for another 2.2yrs so just seeing how far I go with the car

Yes you can see it when you unlock the car it moves it back up slightly

Yes I have it fully tilted down/up so the back is lower.

I have ordered that camera just now, lets see how it goes, did you route via the door sills?

So i have the key for myself, set the seat hearing the bong but each time I lock the car and then get in the seat slightly raises each time. I set each of the memory buttons to the same postion and each one will raise the seat slightly, is there a reason why its doing this. When I had a Seat Tarraco the seat memory would just remember the key and put the seat to the setting that had in memory.

With the camera do the lines move? Do you have to pay any import fees etc? Thinking of doing the rear camera again after the PITA of having the wrong one sent for a retrofit but not sure I can be bothered with splicing wires etc What are the door speakers and also the wireless CarPlay you have on order?

So is yours non DCC, are the replacement shocks still monroe?

Was wondering if it was bushes Don’t have the DCC shocks, so no way to change otherwise would be in sport all the time

I have my car booked in with Skoda next week, explaining that there appears to be a noise when going over sleeping policemen etc. But will they know/be able to fix the unsettling nature that the car bounces when are low or high speeds, in the middle it seems to be Ok, 10mph over a sleeping policeman and it bounces a few times afterwards, also at speed on the motorway the rear feels unsettled. Are these the gripes that others have reported previously with the fix being B6 or similar being fitted?

So you couldn't use the Areton shocks if non DCC and fit those with the issue gone, again you could have the same issue. The B4 shocks are not worth it and might as well just go to the B6's? If anything like the other day where the battery failed and it wasn't an approve Skoda battery where the car had been checked via Skoda Approved, the AA chap said thats a Banner battery, cheap and cheerful. Ended up saying I have only had the car just over a month to Skoda with then the Sales Manager using his credit card to pay AA over phone so I could have a new Yuasa battery fitted there and then and not wait 2 days for Skoda to get a battery in stock. So as you say Warranty does beg the question on what is checked.

Does anyone know if Skoda revised the shocks, with so many complaining of the ride compliance, I was wondering if they have updated the OE shocks at all? I was told by Skoda that if I change to say the B6 shocks this could void my extended warranty

Yes thats the new one, which doesn't fit on my Estate but is the one you have listed above which should fit?

Are you saying the camera which is on the left of the picture with them side by side is fake?

Why is the dealer giving me a different number? The number for the unit I have is the one mentioned in your comment above, for up to 2019 but this is the rounded edge handle and doesn't fit

HI All, I am having issues with the company I bought the rear camera off, they are saying it should fit on my skoda, but its too tight and bar filing down a little it doesn't fit. Also having done some research it also can mean that certain cameras only work on certain year cars. I have been given this part number from the dealer - 3V0054634A can anyone confirm if this is a highline camera so the lines move with the steering wheel. The camera I have currently is 3V0827566N which just too big for the hole. I have the later full touchscreen head unit if that helps. Thanks

Thanks, my local Skoda dealership has confirmed with part number which doesn't match. Annoyed as gave them my reg and also asked before hand that I was sent this one and would it still fit etc. Awaiting an response on this, thanks for confirming
