Continuation. The legacy file part 1
Hmmmm.....good that you are determined to get it fixed but looking at the garage, it has some dodgy reviews in the 5* section and more than enough unhappy 1* customers - enough to put me off in the first instance, however, the used car market is full of sharks and some call themselves 'main dealers'!

Remove ACC Radar Cover?
Never implied anything other than a £20 wheel alignment shouldn't require a further £150 calibration - as posted above by 'roo', it's a nonsense excuse by the dealer, especially given the system worked before and after the event. If you dig a little deeper and beyond the plethora of adverts spooking folk into parting with their monies you'll find mentions such as this from the BMW X5 forum: https://forum.bmw5.co.uk/topic/142695-wheel-alignment-and-adas-recalibration/

Remove ACC Radar Cover?
So the ADAS was working before your visit to National Tyres and it worked for a 'few weeks' after the work was done and when the fault popped up the dealer blamed National Tyres for not recalibrating, yes?

Cup holders ridiculously shaped
Apologies, I misunderstood your predicament - I thought the reflections in the photo were the coins - if they went in via the card slot then I suspect they'll have to come out the same way - palette knife perhaps?

Remove ACC Radar Cover?
Google a little deeper.........

Cup holders ridiculously shaped
If they’re ‘rattling’ around then the upside down action has got to work, especially if given a sharp bash down on the kitchen worktop………… Or do you mean removing the tray tidy doesn’t work? If so then try again, with some confidence, grab it firmly with both hands and pull up sharply.

Another Battery post
Hmmm……..I’m getting a little concerned about all those motors in the field to the north east of Prague, not least mine that’s been waiting for chips since the first week in August. I wonder if they disconnect’em?

Skoda "All-in-one" Package
Well - what did the dealer decide?
-
Park assist use
Never been a fan of the way ‘park assist’ can get you into a impossibly tight space, inasmuch as those to the front and rear have to get out and as we all know, too many drivers don’t have the ability without some ‘assist’!

Columbus MIB update from SD card - any risks of borking it?
If you've made any errors or the card is not computable then the Columbus will simply not accept / read it...........

Pre heat on 2017 Superb using Connect
I don't think it's ever been available on UK spec vehicles........ ?

Sasha’s Superb SportLine Plus Facelift
Saddened to read this - your Superb knowledge has helped many over the 8 months. Are you allowed to tell us what 'electrical gremlins' caused you to end your Superb affair....?

Myskoda app lock/unlock
Not unlike the Test & Trace App eh? Too many IT / App projects are (perhaps unknowingly) given to kids working from their bedrooms and promising everything but delivering very little.

Cruise, a dodgy left sidelight and more
It’d be good if you could get your money back but look on the upside, the price you paid was well below market value (I know it’s CAT C’) so that does leave you with a few £k to put the faults right - I’d imagine you’ll still come out on top (just) maybe? As they say, buyer beware, especially in the murky shark infested waters of used car dealers and never forget, words and promises are cheap when the money is in your pocket - things always change dramatically once the wedge has been handed over, even at main dealers. As I said in a post above, good luck with this dilemma.

Cruise, a dodgy left sidelight and more
It’d be nice (for you) if they’ll have it back……….good luck.

Can you code off headlight washers?
Is this available via the on-screen set-up options?

Delivery times?
That field, 50 miles north east of Prague has only got the one gate, last in first out? 😎

Sat nav sd card
I've got a genuine 2019 Skoda card. still in its case you can have for £20.........cost me small fortune from the dealer.

New Superb 280
Well spotted, can’t be the one I viewed in the showroom then ‘cause that one definitely had a glass top - even the salesman agreed it was a ‘questionable’ expensive addition to a stock car……….

Blind Spot
Crikey!

Sticking door handle
WD40 I'd say.........

Blind Spot
Could have been replaced - mirror glass seems to fall out quite easily these days?

New Superb 280
Each to their own - for me, a hole in the roof - especially a big ‘un like in the Superb Estate, is potential for much heartache along the way………….

New Superb 280
I live near this dealer and I'm pretty sure I was offered this vehicle whilst it stood in the showroom - price was silly, it's not got all the electronic toys but it has got a useless £1230 extra sun roof........! I suspect it came to the dealer at a cracking price. The price asked for it now is, some might say, optimistic?

Delivery Delays
Awaiting my Superb - allegedly built week 29 - but still on the 'delayed' list. Sat in some field 50 odd miles north east of Prague no doubt. I was wondering / worrying, all these 'chips' that are holding the job up, how easy is access to 'em - I have a vision of my L&K sat in that field looking not dissimilar to the inside of my 1980's XR3i after it had been relieved of much dashboard kit by some shell suit clad scroat? Further to my woe, as the weeks roll by I'm getting more and more nervous about the motor being patched back together, out of normal build sync, so to speak. No car that I've ever owned over the years has faired well after it's been molested by the dealer for any kind of surgery - they never clip 'em back together correctly. Be nice if the missing 'chips' all sat on the same circuit board just behind the glove box but perhaps that's hoping for too much? I recently had Skoda fit a new part to the steering column on a Karoq - even that reasonably simple job had the usual tell-tale signs, the cover / cowling around the start button didn't mate up correctly, not a great deal of mis-match but enough for my eye to be drawn to it almost every time I got in............ Fingers crossed - at least it'll be 22 year registration - got to be worth a little more ££'s down the line than a 21 year reg?
