Buying Advice
Very low mileage. BEWARE The big risk is the DQ200 DSG. Check if Service Campaign 34h5 has been done on it since 2015. A software update. On ones 2013-2015.. then I assume the VW emissions fix was done. That is the new engine management and an airflow device fitted.

The only difference it makes is others might see the title and think on. The Serviced to schedule or Full Service History of FMDSH means nothing if it is just a history of what was missed during servicing. As many fleet or service plan serviced vehicles are examples off. Many Skoda Approved cars sold with Service History lack scheduled service items being done.

Ok. So not certain. Did you own the car then,? That was not the service schedule then back before when there was a different schedule given by Skoda UK.

@ords Just interested in what schedule that was going by, easy enough for @Gremlyng to say.

Enyaq towing capacity???
Plenty towing in Scotland and there are plenty in Scotland with BEV,s towing rather long vans seem to have no idea about the speed limits that apply to them or to keeping not only the car but the Caravan on their side of the road, or that passing placed have not the length required to get the whole outfit clear front and rear. There had been an issue always with some regardless of what tow car and caravan but it is like arrogance now with some. They are driving Tesla or Kia in the main.
-
Enyaq towing capacity???
Actual real world it is very common for those with little experience or knowledge to load a car and to tow. Never bother heading to a Public Weigh bridge solo and loaded or hitched up. As those that are ever at DVSA stops will see if there are those over weight there when they are. It might become more common in Scotland that BEV,s towing are pulled in. Hopefully they will be.

@Gremlyng I get the regular service thing if that is oil and filters, oil serviced and stuff. When was the cam belt replaced?
-
Enyaq towing capacity???
Suspected. Surmised, suggests. Shirley / surely the ECU had not got a Memory feature so they knows the weight that was hitched on the car does it, along with knowing the incline using a sensor and say nav and GPS so that VW Group can say that you invalidated a warranty.

Weird air smell from vents when recirculation is enabled only
Why are you needing to use the recirculation mode? I have only ever used when stopped behind busses emitting loads of pollution. (Edinburgh). And that is during 5 decades of all weathers in all vehicles types.

Snow Chains for 18-inch Wheels
Easy on and easy off yet good on snow or ice is the main things then. And clearance if not just snow / iced up chains but in the wheel wells. Best without mud flaps.

the truth about electric cars
Sea going vessels, ports / harbours where oil and gas products get landed. Off the coast like in the Forth. The tankers load or unload while at sea. 1/2 mile off maybe. Or Perth Harbour, right up the River Tay and 15 miles from the Sea at Dundee and in the tidal river. Clue to tidal rivers, salt water before it becomes not salt water because it is fresh water coming down from it's source to meet tidal water. The sea trout and salmond no where they are as in sea water then not sea water. That is going up rivers or coming down. Rivers do not really flow up hill. Optical illusions can make it look so when canoeing / kayaking on them. There is laws on rivers, navigable or not.

the truth about electric cars
What a song and dance about my 75 miles from someone with 750 miles range from his cars fuel tank. I met a guy with a Nissan Leaf at the time of COVID that went from Royal Deeside to Glasgow to a protest that was held every month. He was out of work and managed to go because charging was free. The only issue was the Leaf was only good for 60 miles between charges. It needed to be charged at least 5 times each way. I sometimes spotted the car at chargers and him having a sleep. Someone that knew him told me that he went to London to a protest match and it took a week. PS, if I choice to nip on in the Electric Mini then it is only good for 80 miles or so. But if I set off from Glenshee or the Lecht to the coast 'From the Mountains to the Sea' I use less electricity than going through other way. Simples more downhill as the Sea is always at sea level as is the tidal rivers.

Reduced performance before service
Yes that is the Service Schedule, but then conditions in Europe /UK and India might be rather different, as might be fuel. Location location location and it is yourself that is aware of decreased performance as is the OP so it has to be for some reason on such low mileage cars / engines.

@Gremlyng how many miles has the engine done, and what service interval was it done by, the UK non dust country but still according to Skoda 50,000 miles / 5 years as it was?

the truth about electric cars
@EnterName re Hungary. Are you blind to the corruption and the treatment of people in Hungary? It seems so.
-
the truth about electric cars
Surely just use a map and pair of compasses and set at a scale of 75 miles according to the map and see how you get on with a circle 150 miles in circumference. Old school pilot type thing. Bombs away.

the truth about electric cars
I did not mean actual centre or even central down the spine. Everyone knows London is the centre and the world revolve around there.

the truth about electric cars
Yes but distributing Liquid fuel to parts of the UK will never be an issue was the point. Now there are small independent with their own tanker and operators licence collecting fuel from depots. As they did in the last English Fuel crisis and rip off prices. The end is Nye, queues in London. PS. Get in a bus, a tram or a trains, subway, walk, cycle, take an electric vehicle, but there are strikes with transport workers. How sad!
-
the truth about electric cars
At least even ELECTRIC FUEL TANKERS, as in EV Tankers carrying liquid fuel should be able to transport fuel to the center of the British Isles without needing to stop to recharge. Just need to get a charge and then they can do the return journey carrying their load from The CARBON CAPTURE PLANT.

Engine coolant level warning
At annual Services it often gets TOPPED up to MAX and by the time you are home it might be as it was at the Level between MAX and MIN. Correct, as there is no FILL TO THIS LINE, line. You are loosing Coolant so need to find out why. Are you running the correct strength of Anti Freeze / Anti Corrosion / Summer Coolant, AKA as Anti Freeze? What have you a TSI RS?

the truth about electric cars
These citizens of Australia, USA etc, even the UK could maybe just live without electricity then or water coming out of taps. How much do they think the Canals / Waterways and reseviours cost originally, and the tracks then roads, railways, airports and ports cost to have and who paid. Maybe people for the past 100 years got stuff cheap and too easily. @Graham Butcher Hardly guff, but yes as the crow flies no further than 71 miles from the coast, but as it is the Tanker will need to drive further if it is a tanker. Not a pipeline inland to a depot where fuel is collected. Head for thinking, feet for dancing, or cycling, and use some common sense. 104 miles or even 115 if we do not take pipeline or pylons more directly to those in the Center of England and that want energy / fuel and to keep on rolling coal. The Forties pipeline comes ashore at Cruden Bay and then runs south down Scotland to Grangemouth and the refinery. There are pipelines to Airports for fuel, there was and is to Military Air Bases, there was to Edzell Air Base near Brechin, near the Forties Pipeline. There is Bunkered Fuel held in regions incase of Crisis / Civil Unrest. Fuel Shortages, Industrial Action, Terrorism.

the truth about electric cars
Hungary has no problem getting Gas or Nuclear energy. Putin s puppy Viktor Orban does as told. It is Austria and Germany that wants it from them. That is because Germany really breaks sanctions and uses the likes of Hungary. Hence Hungary does not get thrown out of the EU.
